Horrible customer service!!! I was 2 minutes late and they refused to help me, did not explain anything just told me they were closed. Horrible feeling and made my daughter cry.

Houston, TX
This place is hit or miss. Some days you come out looking fabulous, others just OK. The ambiance set up is could use some work. If you are in the area and just need a quick do, its fine. But I wouldn’t go here for a special occasion hairdo.
