Dr. Sheila Boyle who performs their Botox and Fillers is the worst dermatologist on the planet! I would NOTEVER go to her for any procedure. All she cares about is making money.

I went for facial two weeks ago for the Valentine’s Day special and it was very nice. Frederick was the aesthetician. I really enjoyed my facial, my skin felt smooth and clean and smelled nice. He explained what he was doing and the products briefly but let me enjoy my relaxation and time. which was nice, to the mellow sounds of bossa nova cocktail party music, which was a nice change form the usual Enya-waterfall type or flute and drums in spas. A side note, but overall, while the business its elf is no frills and small, I;d say the technician I got was skilled and the products(which there was no hard sell) were nice. My skin was nice for days after and I didn’t break out or get red.

I showed up for my appointment today two minutes before my scheduled time today and you would have thought I was 30 minutes LATE! Donna, the owner was very intent on letting my sister and I know just how«late» we were(even though 10:28 is early…). She continually kept checking her watch. I asked her why we were being so rushed through our paperwork and she replied that our hour service is already only going to be 45 minutes since we arrived late. She proceeded to argue with me that even though we showed up at 10:28, we were late because we didn’t bring paperwork with us(I had NO clue we were supposed to) Yes, you read that right. The OWNER was arguing with me. I promptly asked for a refund and told her there was no way we would have our facials done and her reply was«call Groupon». So of course, that is what I did. Oh the best part? She was going to do both of our facials together! Not quite sure how that was going to work. I definitely can’t leave this part out: she ripped up our paperwork right in front of us. Classy.

Donna is amazing! She has taken my acne prone face and made it absolutely beautiful. She is the best aesthetician I’ve known and I have a lot of experience. I highly recommend visiting her spa.

I redeemed a groupon for a facial. I don’t get a lot of facials, so I do not have a lot to compare this to, but I thought the overall treatment was good. The aesthetician was friendly and professional. The place was comfortable and clean. A few products and treatments were recommended to me in a non-aggressive sales manner(a sheet of paper with recommendations check-marked handed to me on the way out). I do recommend them and I would go back!

This place is total CRAP. I have a gift certificate for a Microdermabrasion that is now expired and unused thanks to the fact that these people NEVER answer their phones. I have probably called 30+ times to schedule an appointment — always to get an answering machine saying that they are ‘experiencing a high volume of calls’ — you’re a small salon in Arvada, not the IRS… your call volume cannot be so high that you can never answer the phone. So irritating.

I had a facial today, and I have to say that it did not meet my expectations. The aesthetician was friendly and the products smelled wonderful, but the cleansing and exfoliation was done with the harsh fluorescent lights on, and while the mask worked its magic, there was no hand/arm massage. My face felt sticky, not smooth and supple, when I left. Fortunately, there are a lot of great places in Denver to get a facial. Maybe the Botox and medi-spa options are better here!
