First time in there, love it, love how great all the people there are especially Erica! She fixed my hair disaster lol. Got offered a beer while I waited, which turns out is free, decided to for with a water seeing as it was only 1200 noon haha.

Highly professional, very friendly they have a nice interior and for the price compared to others they are worth every penny! I’m all about customer service and my expectations were blown away by roosters!
Also neck trims are a bonus in between appointments. I’ve found a barbershop that I feel comfortable with!
Roosters you’ve gained another long term customer today!!!

Sat in the chair and he already knew what to do. Least explanation I’ve ever had to give and he did a great job-​not too short, not too long like every other barber we’ve been to.
Also shaved the beard down to a goatee. 1^st experience with a shave and it did not disappoint :-D. Walked out looking and feeling great; ready for spring.
Laid back atmosphere, good mix of magazines. Staff was welcoming and attentive while we waited for our appointment (we were a little early). Little pricey, but the pampering and getting it right was worth it.

Very welcome friendly staff. They prefer appointments but will squeeze you in. Felt like a place for men to relax and enjoy a little pampering. They also give free beer!

I started going to Roosters mainly because of how close it is to where I live. The name of the place is strange to me… but what’s in a name? I found Courtney right away and I have never been disappointed. She is super quick, listens to what you want, and is a very fun person to be around. I’m quite picky about how I like my hair to look, and it took her about 2 times to achieve perfection! (Not that the first time was anywhere close to bad!)

This was my first visit to Roosters. It was amazing, to say the least. I’ve never had such service offered to me for a haircut. This place knows how to treat a man. First off, it’s decorated with rich wood and leather all tied together very tastefully. It appears that only women work here… another bonus. My stylist was named Nikki. She offered me a cold beverage and proceeded to inquire about the kind of style/​service that I was looking for. Apparently, they also do full facial shaves. I received an excellent haircut and shampoo/​scalp massage. It was a treat, to be sure. Did I forget to mention the hot steamed towel they put on your face while you are getting shampooed and conditioned? I was in such bliss at this point that it all was a blur! All I know is that it felt great and my hair looked great. Thanks Nikki.

The hallmark of a good business is how they resolve problems. Sadly, Roosters fell far short.
I’ve been a regular customer here for quite some time, not only getting haircuts and beard trims but also buying my hair care products here. My haircut is about as basic as you can get: A buzz cut, same length over all. In the past I’ve been satisfied and have enthusiastically recommended the place to friends and family.
Monday, I went in for a cut and at the end I thought it looked a little odd, but could not put my finger on what it was. But the lady who did the cut sent me out with my hair soaking wet (in past experience that’s always been a sign of trying to cover up a bad cut). It wasn’t until I was home and my hair was dry that I realized what the problem was: The hair on one side of my head was 2 – 3 times as long as the properly cut hair on the other side.
I was disappointed but not upset about it. WIling to accept the mistake in balance of all the good haircuts I’ve gotten there (although unless you’re going to a cheap joint like Fantastic Sams, shouldn’t you expect a good cut every time?).
So I went back today, showed them what the problem was, and asked for a quick trim to correct it. I was told they were very busy, and I’d have to wait about 40 minutes. Okay, so I’d wait. It wasn’t until I had been there for 40 minutes and saw that they were taking people who had reservations ahead of me that I became aggravated. I wasn’t just a regular walk-​in. Correcting an obvious and glaring mistake should have been a priority, something the business’ reputation stood on.
I left at that point, and paid good money to get a proper haircut at another place.
Roosters, you lost a long-​time customer today over an issue you could have easily corrected.

I recently moved to Westminster from South Littleton and didn’t want to drive an hour and half round trip to see the girl I used to go to so I thought I would give this place a try.
Brandie was excellent! She was very personable and my hair looks better than ever.
The price is steeper than other places but great service and nice atmosphere. The neck shave, hot towel treatment and scalp message to finish makes it a great experience. I would highly recommend. only negative was the stylist in the other booth was talking rather loud.

Great haircut. Great service. Loved the vibe. A welcoming and professional environment. I will be sure to stop back in very soon.

The most wonderful haircut of my life. I’ll never go anywhere else! The nicest people, incredibly comfortable enviorment, the workers have mad skills and put a ton of care into your cut. I’m recommending them to everyone I know

I went to this place because it was close to my house. I got my hairs cut by Erica who was awesome, she was very friendly and a little nerdy (in a good way). The décor was awesome and so were the chairs. Erica did a wonderful job of answering my questions and helping me get the haircut I wanted. The cost for my simple haircut was very pricey, $ 27 to cut all my hair off with a buzzer. The customer service was impeccable and worth the $ 27. I plan to return for my next haircut. Thanks Erica.

I had an amazing experience at Roosters. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I had an appointment with Angelica, who gave me a great cut, a very relaxing shampoo and lots of hilarious conversation. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great men’s cut.
