Pudge Bros Pizza

Worst customer service ever. Ordered a pizza, took an hour and a half for it to be delivered. When called after an hour of ordering, was informed that it wasn’t scheduled to go out for another 10 minutes and that it would be on the next car run. 30 minutes later it finally showed up. Was never given a receipt to sign. Will never order from this location again and will definitely spread the word to avoid. Pizza was also over cooked, garlic bread was burnt.
Would give negative stars, but I’m forced to give one since I’m leaving a review.

My first time trying there food and it was not good or worth what I paid. I will never eat it again.

Really bad customer service. Was told delivery would be 45 minutes, called back after an hour and was told driver just left. Asked the manager if there was anything they could do and was told oh theres only two people who work here its not a big deal. Offered to cancel order. When I asked her to have her have her boss call me back she said I’m hanging up. Called back 5 minutes later to
she canceled the order and get boss wouldn’t be calling back. Rude service, I’d rather drive to Marcos. They have better pizza anyway.

I wish I could give zero stars. Tonight we put in a delivery order that was pretty simple: two burgers well done and mozzarella sticks. When we placed the order it said it would be 45 – 60 mins. Kind of a long wait for food that should take about 15 mins, but we wanted to try it out. A couple of minutes before the 60 min. mark, we got a call saying they were just now cooking it. It was another half hour after that before they showed up. After all that waiting, the food should be amazing! Ha, yeah right. The mozzarella sticks were room temp and soggy, the fries were soggy and the «well done» burgers were RAW inside! When called about this, they said «there was nothing they could do» about our order. How about give me my nearly $ 30 back??? The customer service is just as bad as the food! Order at your own risk and have a backup plan when your food is late and still alive.

Called to place an order for delivery at 10pm on a Friday.
Was told that they were no longer accepting orders for delivery because they were closing at 11 and it would be 11 that i would be getting my order.
I have worked Pizza before and never, has that ever been an acceptable response to a customer.

Great pizza! Delivery was a little longer then expected because someone wrote my address wrong. But all in all, good food. I will order again.

Check this out. They added more to their own tip to the total charge. This was for delivery paid by debit card. The name on the receipt and the one who took my order is «Manual». Either «Manual» or the driver added the charge. Im sure you needed that money more than I, thieves.

Stuck away off the road but near to Ace Hardware on Ralston road is a little pizza joint called Pudge Brothers. I’ve received flyers from them frequently since I live a mile or so from them. So I decided to give them a try and ordered take out pizza and traditional wings. They also have a variety of other items from salads to calzones to sub sandwiches. I arrived around noon but it was not busy. There is a television and one arcade game but otherwise you order, wait and leave. So the key as always for me is how is the food? Pizza was a one item large for $ 6 which was actually pretty tasty. The wings also were decent. From order to pickup was just a few minutes so that rates up there with me. Overall a decent place to go for the basics. They also have a variety of specialty pizzas and I must admit if I am hungry, in a hurry and want pizza the place does the job for me. There is a nearby pizza hut but I found Pudge pizza to taste better. I’ve added them to my list of places to go when hungry though for me it is strictly take out. You could eat there but the area is small and not that inviting though you do have tv. Your best bet is to give it a shot when you are in the area and prepared to take it home.
