I have been a nurse for ten years and in that time have worked with a wide variety of doctors. Most doctors are really great, a few are so so, and a very tiny few are ones I would not recommend to my worst enemy. Dr Clemons falls into that latter category. Rude, condescending, and didn’t even do a full assessment. It does not surprise me that there are other bad reviews naming him specifically. I would stay away from them entirely.

HORRIBLE!!! One of the worst experiences I have ever had. It takes SEVERAL calls to get anything done and they have no regard for you even when you are in pain and need medical assistance unless it fits in nicely to their schedule. And when it comes near the end of the day you best believe they will make you wait until the next day to get back to you if your issue is not yet resolved and then tell you that you are welcome to find a doctor who WILL help with the indicated problem. Not to mention, when they say they will call with test results, they won’t, and then when you arrive for your next appointment, the girl working the front desk will loudly read them for everyone in the waiting room to hear if you ask about them. Thanks for a wonderful experience! … ugh.

I was so happy to find a doctor in my area. I guess I’ll be driving back down to Lone Tree. I give Dr, Clemons a two, only because he’s probably a real physician, legally speaking. If you’re healthy he’s probably okay for you. Not so much if you’re a disabled single mother, or just have a chronic condition, and don’t you dare ever need pain medicine (even if you just lost the pain management doc you’ve had for 11 years) because the office manager will shoot you down like the criminal you obviously are. Trust me, you will not get past this woman for an actual medical opinion. She will lie, she will make up laws that don’t exist and she will break you.
I gave him a list of my diagnoses and my symptoms at my first appointment. He ordered some some basic labs (CBC, Chem-​7, blood sugar) they actually came back pretty normal-​ish for the first time in ten years. He asked me to come back in 10 – 14 days, and when I did, he asked me what I was doing there. Before, I’d had months of labs trying to find out why I was immunocompromised. Not here, just those first few labs and no more in two years. No tests at all after day one, it’s been 2 years.

This place used to be wonderful, but Dr. Walter (who was a phenomenal doctor) retired and was replaced by an arrogant man not worthy of the title of doctor. If you value your health DO NOT go to Dr. Clemens

I met an unusual artist today, one who specializes in only drawing blood.
She’s a Phlebotomist.
And thank you for finding that one and only vein the first time!
Now, off to get a lotto ticket!
