McDonald’s

Staff isn’t friendly and I have gotten cold food a couple of times from this location. I realize it’s fast food but it would be nice if they could be a little nicer. The manager was extremely rude and ignored us until another employee pointed out that we were still waiting for her which she rolled her eyes about.

It is a McDonalds a convenient stop when you need something fast but not a quality food source. Service is friendly. However the inside service is so slow so slow. One time I waited 45 minutes while the drive-​thru was super fast. Their priority is drive-​thru.

God knows, this is probably going to fall on deaf ears, but it needs to be said. This is a review of this store and McDonald’s as a whole. I can honestly say, as a weekly customer of McDonald’s for 30 years, as of today… I am done! No more McDonald’s for me or my family ever again. I’ve known my whole life that the food isn’t good for you, but the company is no longer capable of producing a decent meal at a reasonable price. I’ve frequented one of a few stores regularly around arvada and Denver, and I haven’t received a good sandwich or meal in the last 15+ visits. I believe that McDonald’s no longer cares about putting out a good version of their products. Problems range from incorrect orders, improperly (over or under) cooked meals, old or cold food, all the way to finding a piece of laminated paper packaging in the middle of a Big Mac. I don’t feel the employees care about doing their job well. Sometimes in life, something that was once good, becomes something different. It’s really sad to see. Plenty of people will keep eating it, and that’s fine. But this is one customer that is fed up with wasting my hard earned money on unenjoyable meals.

I can’t tell you how many times this restaurant screws up an order. More than a handful of times, we’ve gotten home to find half our order missing!

It’s McDonalds food. What better can I say… not much. Taste is ok, but quality (as in healthfulness) is practically absent. You can get ‘heathier’ options, but not many can be found.
I do visit from time to time, so it’s ok enough. It would be better if it had a playplace, but the space definitely did not afford it… understandable.

I haven’t been to a McDonalds in YEARS! On our way to the slopes we stopped in for breakfast and I was delighted to see oatmeal on the menu. It was tasty, although it was pre-​made, half full and a little watery, it was still good and a decent cost too.
The staff were friendly, the dining room clean and the wait short.
