I don’t often eat here. I’ve been here twice and it’s bad. Took 30 minutes to get my order both times. While I waited I began to look around. Trash was overflowing, there was trash under the drink dispenser. The tables hadn’t been wiped, at all. The help was laughable. They were so slow & didn’t give a care in the world about anything. My brother had bets on food poisoning and who would get it. He or I. Lol! I won’t return.

One star is generous. We have tried twice in the past week to get chicken and both times were told that they didn’t have any chicken. It’s not like we were trying to get some late at night, this was dinner time. This place is horrible, Popeye’s, Chick Fil-a, hell, even Safeway will at least sell you chicken. I’m not sure why this place is still in business.

This was the dirtiest KFC/restaurant I have ever been into. I would not have given this place one star if I had a choice. I really can’t believe this is open to the public. Walked into this place and no one there to greet us, we were the only ones there. I believe there was a person eating around the corner, not sure if it was a customer or someone on break. Someone sitting in office and saw us and didn’t say a word. Finally a couple of them came from behind and finally greeted and took our order. Unfortunately we ordered(wish I would have saved my money) and the food took forever. I wanted to leave and go but the person I was with insisted on eating there. As we waited I looked around the place and was disgusted at how this place is being managed. Dirty counters, floors… just dirty! The Service was horrible and the place made me sick to my stomach. I probably will not eat there EVER. Glad I went in rather than the drive thru.

This place sucks. Called and they said thry were open till 10 went there, took me 4 mins to get there and at 945 these aholes justst me sit in the drive thru and dont even help me. And when i pulled around they were just standing there. Lazy

I really wish I could give this place no stars. My wife, son and I were on our way home from the store and wanted to get something quick on the way home, well quick and this place do not belong in the same sentence. We ordered 3 burger meals from the A&w side and a milk shake. We payed at the window and were told to pull around to the front because they make their paties fresh. I figured they just must be busy, so no big deal. We were literally the only car there and the inside of the restaurant had 1 other group inside, so I figured it wouldn’t take long. Boy was I wrong, after 30 minutes I decided to go in and see what the deal was. When I asked how much longer it might be the poor high school kid running the cashier tells me they forgot. I just asked for our money back, and they had given us the milkshake at the window, and it was already gone so I said I just wanted the rest back, excluding the milkshake, but the manager handled it the best I feel she could by saying the shake was on them and that she was sorry. I’m sure the employees are great people, just not very good at doing this particular job!

If I could give this place less stars I would. I haven’t been back here since my wallet was stolen last Christmas. They weren’t able to see the person who took it on their cameras because I was on the only blind spot in the whole damn place. Anyway it is now 4 in the morning. Why am I up writing a review about this place? My 1 year old son just threw up his dinner all over our bed at 1 o’clock so guess who had to strip the bed and get the laundry rolling? My husband and I have upset stomachs. Currently in the restroom trying to decide if I want to go or throw up too. I doubt it was their chicken because it was extremely dry and overcooked but I think it could’ve been their mash potatoes held too long in the time temperature danger zone. This place just sucks. I hope the employees eat their food so that they can feel this. I made a Unilocal account just to do this. I feel horrible. Update. My son just threw up again. And I just did too. I’m calling his doctor. Don’t eat here. I’m calling the health inspector tomorrow.

Service was super slow with only 4 customers. To top it off the staff apparently can’t read when a customer requests a hamburger a certain way. The food was barely luke warm. I wouldn’t recommend this a & w — KFC to anyone.

This place has good food but the service is super slow and there was only one other customer in the store at the time of placing the order. The table was sticky and there was trash on the floor. The only reason I come here is that they occasionally send me good deals on my cell phone.

So I ve been pretty pleased with KFC in the past, but it almost seemed like this location is either going through a major change. Or already has a gone through a major change, leaving the lack of leadership and laxidasical atmosphere super apparent to all who go here. I love the Butter Tofee and sour patch kids malts.

I was kind of excited to see KFC /A&W … mostly just A&W. The one I used to go to in Cali was super yum… however, that can not be said for this place, sadly. Although the root beer was pretty fresh and the Chicken Little decent tasting(way too much mayo oozing off it)… that’s it. That’s all that was good. When we arrived there was only like 2 other people in there. It was clearly not busy. I ordered the Papa Burger meal because it was on Special, the Chicken Little and the bf got a Coney dog, Chicken Little and a small fry. First off, it took a little while for the food and when it did come out it was kind of cold. The burger looked like it had been sitting awhile and was just not good. On top of that they didn’t bring our fries. They said they were still cooking and would be out in a few minutes. Well… by the time they arrived we were basically done with our food and we also had to remind them that we ordered 2 fries. So she had to go get more. I wish I hadn’t bothered to tell her. Because even though they were«fresh» cooked they were super salty, super hard and a darkened color… which tells me they haven’t changed the oil in awhile. Gross. So we didn’t really end up eating them anyways. We won’t be back… they only get 2 stars because the employees were nice and the root beer was ok.

Fresh root beer is about all this has going for it. Staff kinda slow both inside and drive thru. Usaully go for the rootbeer. But I still would eat there if I had no other choices.

It’s nice that you guys are giving jobs to the inbred, but… what… the… eff… I tried to be patient, I really did, when it took the super-soft-spoken little girl at the counter a full five minutes to realize that the receipt printer was out of paper. This was while she was helping the guy in front of us. I was still pretty patient when it took 2– count ‘em, two– supervisors to figure out that the printer had become unplugged while the paper was being reloaded. It was after 10 – 15 minutes had passed, and the people behind us started getting their orders, that I realized I just needed to get my money back and run. I had no qualms jumping ahead in line, and informing little ms. squeaky voice that I wanted a refund. When she asked, in her timid little mousy way, «You didn’t get your order yet?», I couldn’t control myself– I had to openly mock her and replied, in my best little mousy voice«No, I didn’t get my order, and I really just want to cancel it-…» Well, it took about a minute of her half-whispering«John… John, can I see you over here… John…» before I bellowed out in my very deep voice«CAN I GET A MANAGEROVERHERE?» That got some attention; hell it even got the attention of the supervisor who was wandering around the dining room wondering what to do with the order(mine) that nobody seemed to know what to do with… Well, my wife told her to make the order to go, and I canceled my order cancellation, and proceeded to wait for supervisor lady to bag it up and let me get the hell out of there. Once it was all good to go, I took a quick look, and realized it was still missing about ½ the order– no joke! So, I had to wait, even longer, for these guys to finish putting my order together and, presumably, to hock a nice lunger or two into my float. I will readily admit that this whole interaction was all my fault– had I gone elsewhere, I wouldn’t be leaving this review right now. I have learned from my mistake, and will go elsewhere before I have to deal with this shit again.
