I have had both positive and negative experiences with Jones Tree and Lawn. They do great lawn servicing and treatment. I had some ragged weed problems prior to getting there treatment, after one service it cleared right up. Pretty affordable too, around $ 100 per treatment. The tree and arborist side of things however has not gone so well for me. They tried to charge me a $ 100 just to tell me some trees were dying without any consulting. I had to ask them to return and explain what was going on and what my options were. Having to initiate that was frustrating as a customer.

I’ve been working with Jones Tree & Lawn for many years now and have been very happy with their service. I have a lot of trees (40’ish) on my property in Boulder County, and I’m very particular about protecting that investment. I previously tried working with some other general contractors as well as with some of the more «boutique» firms in the area, but none of them ever gave me the combination of reasonable pricing, reliable service, and tailored advice I get from Jones.
