Located close to the restaurants and boutiques in Olde Town Arvada, the Flats at Sky Village has the best staff in town! The apartments are very spacious for how much they cost. The pool is heated, and stayed open until late October this year, which was a pleasant surprise! I highly recommend this apartment community for its excellent customer service, the value for your dollar, and for the great location.

I’ve lived here for 2 years and this used to be a nice place to live. Unfortunately the new management company has made it unpleasant and most of the residents have voiced their discontent. The price is quite high for what you get, the parking situation is unacceptable, and the amenities are a joke. The pool was closed for a good portion of the summer and the gym and club house have not been available for over a year. I would not recommend this apartment complex and I will be moving out once my lease is up.

I loved this place when I moved in. I like the area, its close to everything, and the community is pretty friendly. However, I can’t stand whomever it is that manages the place. They never ever fix anything, and if you ask them to call you back, they will not. I’ve had maintenance issues in my place for over 2 months, left a ton of messages and received absolutely no call backs, or repairs. One of which is my AC, which is usually considered an «emergency» in the places I’ve lived. Its very frustrating and everytime I have a new maintenance issue I dread calling them because its a constant battle.
