You have to try their Rajwadi paan. We were in La for 3 days and we went here to get pan on each single day! We also tried their dabeli, pani puri, lemon soda and sandwich but didnt care for it. There are way better places in Artesia for these dishes!

Chaat tastes very similar to what we get back home. Grill sandwich, ragda, bhel were pretty good. Kala khatta was a bit of a let down though

Good authentic food. We tried several items like dabeli, ragada petties and dahi chat. All of them were awesome. Dabeli had authentic sauces which you get on mumbai streets.

AMAZING pani-puri!!! K C Paan is the best in town for Indian street food. Courteous service and delicious food are their speciality! I was surprised to know that their Ragda is oil-free yet so tasty. I’m a customer for life for K C Paan & Chaats!

I’ve only experienced two types of paan in life: sweet or not-sweet. I was blown away when I saw an entire MENU for several different types of paan at this place. Seeing the clear WTF look on my face, The Paan maker patiently broke it down for me, helping me narrow down the ideal paan for my taste. He then handed to me a paan the size of my fist and when I took the first bite it was an explosion of flavors in my mouth. Never had anything like it, even when I was in India. GOGETYOURPAANFIXHERE. Your Desi taste buds will thank you.

We stumbled upon this place by mistake, and yes what a fun experience we had. First the paan menu yes THEMENU. I have nevevr seen anything like that, anyway I ended up getting 5 versions to go. All the pans are made to order and are made by the owner himslef right infront of you .I had a wonderful conversation with the owner while he was very patiently making the paan. Besides that they have other Indian veg food like bhel and veg sandwiches. Even though I had my dinner I couldnt stop my self from getting a ragda parties. Well what I can i say I have decided to go thier next time with an empty stomack to taste other items on the menu. So if you guys like Paan, THISIS A PLACETOGO !

Best paan in town period! If you are looking for a taste of India, go to KC paan. It’s not just a place to get paan and other snacks but it is a cultural education of India. Mr. KC makes each paan himself with love and care. His meticulous ways of making paan is what makes this place unique. Enjoy a taste of India and enjoy a lovely chat with the owner every time you visit. Highly recommended!

Me and my wife stop by at this place whenever we are on Pioneer boulevard as we are huge fans of paan. This place has a huge variety of paan with different flavors. The paan is made in front of you and that keeps it fresh as it not readymade. The one that needs to be tried atleast once is the Rajawadi which has 28 ingredients in it! We have also tried other food like vada paav, dabeli and pani puri and they are all really good. The couple running this place are really sweet and hospitable. We will keep coming back here!

Paan at its best with so many varieties. Unbelievably tasty chaat items. And tops great hospitality and amazing service from the couple who own this pan shop. We arrived at 10 minutes past 10pm which is the usual closing time and the doors closed. But the owners were so generous to let us IN and take the order for us since we were so chaat hungry. We had Sev puri, papdi chaat, dahi puri and some special pan. Ummmmmm. so amazingly tasty. Do try it when you go near by…

We went to KC paan to have paan but ended up having their lemon soda and paani puri as well. Must say that the paani puri was the most authentic Indian style that I have had in LA. We could not try other chaats as we had to go somewhere else for dinner but we shall definitely be back to try all other items specially the golas. Also, the shop owner and his wife are very nice couple and attend to their customers very personally.

Most Americans cannot appreciate paan. I had the good fortune of trying it in India first after a big meal and I found it be quite intriguing. Paan is not unique to India, but I think the Indian style is the best. Versions of it are also enjoyed in most South Asian countries such as Vietnam. Although there are many variations, it is basically a betel leaf, commonly processed with slaked lime paste, with areca nut and a wide variety of other ingredients and flavorings inside such as katha paste or mukhwas. The leaf is artfully folded, usually in a triangular shape, around the filling. There are two basic types: with or without tobacco. The type without tobacco is known as meetha(sweet) paan. It is chewed for its mildly stimulant and psychoactive effects. After chewing it is either swallowed or spit out, the type chewed often determines which way this goes. It is generally taken after a big meal as a breath freshener and digestive aid. It was quite a boon to find this small mom and pop. This is probably the very best paan one will ever have in any country. The Gujarati gentleman that makes these for you by hand to order is nothing short of an artist. There are more varieties available here than anywhere else I have seen anywhere, including the tobacco type. He makes an amazing«kitchen sink» meetha paan, but I found that my favorite is his«Saffron Touch.»
