Hwang’s Medical Clinic

I have been a patient of Dr. Hwang’s for approximately 14 years. Since the beginning, he talks over me when I’m still speaking. His listening skills are horrible. I have had to make suggestions to him for my referrals and medications. He has been extremely rude at different times throughout the years. Recently, I went in with a sinus infection and he gave me antibiotics. 10 days later, I still had the infection. I scheduled an appointment and when i saw him, he was going to prescribe a steroid I asked him about. But when I inquired about seeing an ENT doctor, his ego was dented. He refused to give me the medication, walked out of the office while still addressing me, and slammed the door. He left the referral with his nurse. I was unable to schedule an appointment with the ENT doctor right away and would have to wait about two weeks. I contacted Dr. Hwang’s office to see if he would prescribe some medication so that the sinus infection would not worsen at least until I saw the ENT. Without making contact with me, he prescribed a nasal spray and Zyrtec D, both of which had previously been prescribed and are NOT for infection. He then let his wife — who is also rude — tell me that he no longer wanted to be my doctor. She stated that he could not trust me because I told his nurse he had been rude the last visit. He also indicated that he thought I had no belief in his diagnosis. Sounds like a big ego problem to me. I have had it at this point! I am changing physicians and I would strongly recommend staying away from this so called physician. He is not proactive at all and his level and quality of care is extremely poor!

THIS MEDICAL CLINIC IS THE WORST CLINIC EVVVVVVVER. I cannot stress enough how rude the doctor is. (This review has nothing to do with his nurses. They’re angels sent from above (:O)He is inconsiderate, heartless, unprofessional, lazy, and has absolutely no compassion for his patients. My grandma has been a loyal patient of his for about 15 years and he repays her in a way I cannot even begin to talk about on Unilocal.Bottom line, DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT COME TO THIS MAN FOR ANYTHING! He is incompetent and ruthless.
