I’ve been getting pierced by Amanda since forever, and when I heard she came to this location – I had to follow her! She is an absolute DOLL, and explains everything cleary, and keeps you calm!
My first impression of the shop was that it was super clean! When you walk in, there is a great selection of jewelry, from ear stretching kits, barbells, plugs, etc. Everyone here is super chill, and Amanda’s room is absolutely clean!
There is limited parking, but there’s plenty of room on the street. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

I’ve been loyal to Amanda since she did my first nose piercing. Unfortunately I had complications with the healing process so I decided to force my body to adapt to the piercing by having it pierced 4 different times. Fourth time is a charm! Everytime Amanda pierced it, she made sure that it was okay to pierce and made me come in to check up how it’s healing. She’s extremely sweet and friendly and I definitely recommend her to anyone who wants a piercing.

Amanda is the best. She’s super chill and helps you feel calm and confident throughout the whole process. Everything was sanitary and she’s very knowledgable about her trade. I got a simple upper cartilage piercing and it went perfectly. Thinking of going in for another (;

This is the most pleasant experience I’ve had at a body piercing shop.
I had recently gotten my nose pierced couple weeks ago at a different spot but it was starting to look irritated with some swelling. I called in and asked a couple questions and he said to just come in so the piercer could take a look at it. I went in and Amanda took a quick look at it and gave me some great advice. I was told at the other shop to use a sea salt soak but Amanda not only told me not to use it but explained why. She advised that I use some tea tree oil and that it should be gone in a few days. She was so helpful and friendly it makes me want to go get something pierced!

Amanda is such a warm and kind person. I wish I met more people just like her. I came in to buy a new pair of earrings for my double helix (which she pierced almost 2 – 3 years ago) and was planning to change them out myself, but she did it for me! I definitely recommend this place.

All i can say is WOW. AMAZING AMANDA.
Amanda greeted us with the greatest smile and as she asked what we were in for, I said my daughters first ear piercing. Amanda was ecstatic as much as my daughter. She had my daughter pick out the color earrings she wants (of course for a 5yo it’s Pink), sanitized it right away and set up the room for my daughter to be comfortable. Amanda even had a princess mirror for my daughter to look at her new earrings. Super cute.

AMANDA HAS ALWAYS AND WILL ALWAYS BE FUCKING AMAZING. I got my nose repierced by her about a year ago and yesterday she pierced my nipples. I will ALWAYS go to Amanda if I have questions or if I’m in need of another spontaneous piercing. Not only is she a fucking great piercer who keeps you calm and is super understanding, she’s a great fucking human. Her soul is so pure and I just agh she’s great. Sean the owner is also such a guy as well, super solid vibe to be around.

My first experience getting a piercing and Amanda is the Master Piercer. She is gentle, calms you down by talking you through the entire process letting you know what to expect, and makes the process go by so quickly it’s done before you realize it had started. I got two daith piercings in the last three weeks and she made the entire thing wonderful. She’s an amazing craftswoman & I am grateful I found her. If you want a practically painless & overall great experience you NEED Amanda. She’s THE BEST!

+1 for Amanda’s skill and the customer service I saw from the owner. I was one of the last customers for the day. They didn’t make me feel rushed, invited me to sit and chill after my piercing (simple second lobe piercings.) Even if mine was a «standard» job they didn’t make me feel less important. There were several people ahead in line and some customers from out-​of-​town, as well as me – and I think the owner and Amanda did a good job getting everyone through the day.
I definitely feel glad I came here to get my piercing done as opposed to a mall kiosk. I also like that Amanda is pretty passionate about what she does. She keeps you calm while staying focused and it went by so much faster than I could have imagined.

I got my second ear lobes pierced today, and she did a great job. Not only was she friendly, she knew what she was talking about! She definitely made me feel comfortable and calm, and there was zero pain. She gave me really thorough instructions on aftercare, switching out the earrings, all that good stuff. The price is affordable and piercing my lobes were $ 35 for both, including the jewelry! The earrings they use shouldn’t give you any irritation, which was a relief to know since I have metal allergies. fklsjflslkjfs ugh, this place is great.
Definitely will come here again for another piercing!

This was my first time getting a cartilage piercing, and Amanda made my friend and I feel so comfortable. She gave us great prices too! I came back a week after because I lost the back of my earring, and she replaced it with no additional cost. Get your piercings done here!

Went in today to get my rook pierced. Amanda helped me as soon as I walked in and was beyond helpful and polite. The entire process took maybe 15 minutes from walking in to walking out. The piercing was basically painless and she walked me through each step along the way. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get pierced!

I Checked Unilocal before searching for the right piercing place that was local and had good reviews and was directed to this business. I had actually called another place as well but I did not get a good vibe from the other business so I chose this one. The person on the phone was very helpful and explained pricing and details about the navel piercing so we headed right over (I’m 5 minutes away).
The business was super clean, the employees were friendly and the overall vibe was great and, they offered us water.
When we arrived, I was unable to check in via Unilocal because of some issue with my Google account. If you check in you get a 10 dollar discount. I decided to just pay the full price since pricing was good regardless, discount or not, we were gonna have the piercing done. The actual piercing was quick, painless and was over in a few minutes. The girl who did the piercing was friendly, clean and very helpful. I am so glad we chose to come here.
Even though I was unable to download the Unilocal app, he gave me the discount anyways which was super nice of him.
I recommend this place and will be back soon, thanks guys!

It has been years and I mean years since I have had any type of piecing, I came in to bodfx to get my nose done and magaly the piecing girl was real nice super pretty and she had a good hand steady whatever you wanna call it.
I sat waiting to feel when the nose ring went in I felt little pain hardly any and was sitting wondering when it was going to be in and sure enough it was done just like that. She was great I would like to get my septum next. And this is the only spot I’ll go it was nice clean and they got a lot to choose from and Sean the owner vapes his life away so I’m sure they’re vape friendly just good vibes all around at bodfx.
