They were closed but let me call in and pick up boba anyway. And didn’t realize they take card– cash only! She let me take them for free and told me she and he trust me to come back and pay back! 5star service!

I absolutely love Blintz café. The food is very affordable(lunch specials are only $ 4.95 — $ 5.95 per meal, or $ 1 extra for brown rice) and, most of all, DELICIOUS. Popcorn chicken, curry pork/chicken, golden marinated chicken… yum yum yum. Their boba milk tea and boba green tea are also the bomb. I am a boba fiend and I think Blintz has some of the best boba milk tea I’ve ever had. The manager is also awesome — super friendly, considerate, and peppy! Really cool guy. I would absolutely give this a 5-star rating, and it pains me to dock 1 star, but I need to be honest… they messed up my order on several occasions and/or ran out of certain food items/drinks that I wanted. They also take a LONG time to make your food and drinks. I typically need to wait 10 – 15 minutes for a drink and up to 30 minutes for a meal. This actually happened quite a few times, but I love this place so much that I really don’t care. I always leave feeling very satisfied with my meal/drink and with the friendly service. In summary: PROS– Very delicious food and drinks. Very cheap. Very nice and friendly manager. CONS– Slow to prepare food. Sometimes mixes up orders. Sometimes runs out of items.

I love this place. The taro milk tea is my absolute favorite. I have tried the taro milk tea at many different boba locations and nobody can beat Blintz(quest) café’s taro milk tea. The taste is different but waaay better. I recently also tried their veggie popcorn chicken. It is a great option for vegetarians. The paste is bean paste and once cooked the texture turns to kind of a chicken texture. It taste amazing and I am not a bean fan. My boyfriend and I love it and will surely be returning for more veggie popcorn chicken. :)

Care for some boba with your Blintz? I would’ve never known about this place, unless for the check-in from my bud, Gerry. Located inside Quest Learning Center & formerly Quest Café, Blintz Café is a casual eatery serving tea, coffee & Taiwanese fusion dishes. The main entrance is on the Elaine Ave. side, with an alternate entrance through the Quest Learning Center main doors. 6 dedicated parking stalls located in the Quest parking lot. Lunch specials have 2 price points — $ 4.95& $ 5.95(including vegetarian). They include rice or fries & salad. Soda or iced tea is an additional $ 1& flavored tea is an additional $ 2. Upon asking what’s recommended & being informed their limited time only ramen wasn’t available, I was led to their popcorn chicken($ 4.95) After a request for spicy & a few minutes of wait, lunch was on. The popcorn chicken had an extra crispy coating which I enjoyed. I’m a texture guy. I like crunchy dill pickles. I like slices of raw onion. And, I particularly prefer the crunchy exterior on each piece of popcorn chicken here at Blintz Café. The portion was great. Rice & salad completed the meal. Besides the usual suspects, such as Taiwanese sausage & fish balls, Blintz offers more pedestrian items, like hot wings & their Crazy Fries(cheddar cheese, mozzarella, bacon creamy cheese, mudded & pizza pepperoni). Drink sizes come in regular, large &, if you’re willing to accept, «The Challenge» size($ 5.75). Polishing off«The Challenge» size will earn a Polaroid pic of yourself on Blintz Café’s wall. I dunno about you, but I can probably polish off about 10 of them in a span of 2 mins &38 secs, completely annihilating«The Challenge», raising the bar to an unheard of height where none shall dare attempt to try. However, I’ll be humble and let the past challengers keep their moment of fame ;p Service was good, if a little slow. Only 1 person taking orders & completing said orders. I was fortunate to arrive with only 1 person ahead of me. Sufficient seating with high stools by the register & tables behind the dividing wall. Because this is a Learning Center, with academic, dance & exercise classes daily, I would advise not to come by when classes end. The café would probably be reminiscent of a Chuck E. Cheese, with noisy kids, tweeners & teenagers, which is a situation I’d like to avoid at all costs. I’m starting to have a headache just thinking about it ;p With cheap lunch specials & cold drinks to satisfy the sweet tooth, I found Blintz Café to be a great local spot to grab some quick, satisfying eats for not a lot of scratch. I know when I want to get my lunch on, I can rely on Blintz Café to get the job done. Highly recommend! NOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOM

Really delicious popcorn chicken and spam musubi. The boba drinks are also very good. Prices are pretty good for the amount. I really recommend the beef curry! One of my favorite dishes! Definitely would keep coming back just for the popcorn chicken.

After eating KBBQ I was craving milk tea. I remember doing a search on «boba milk tea» places and bookmarking the ones I’ve never been to. This was relatively close by so I decided to come here. Place is located on the first floor of the Quest Learning Center. On the outside it reads«Quest Café.» Not sure where the«Blitz» comes from. Anyway… Parking is available in a private lot with some street parking. I should also note that this review is specifically about their MILKTEA w/BOBA. In short… I did not enjoy it. It kind of tasted like they used green tea, but I’m not sure. I just know that it was NOT delicious. Prices were Ok. Not sure why other reviewers praise this place for being cheap. For décor its simple, cute and modern. I can see this place as a hang-out spot for middle-high school age students. Service was meh. The girl serving me didn’t wow me, she also wasn’t very talkative and I got the vibe that she just wanted to get our order done with. Not sure why since my brother, cousin and I were only ones there. I would not give this place a second try unless someone offered to pay for me(even then I’d be hesitant). I ended up asking my brother to drive me Lollicup so I can get a GOOD milk tea with boba.

Honestly this place is way overrated for what it is. If all the reviews are five stars strictly because of the amazing prices– thenn I understand why this place has such a high overall rating. If not, then .what the what? The prices are the real deal and I don’t know of any other place where I can pay five bucks for a huge lunch box. It only costs a dollar more to add a drink too, so really everything here is nice and cheap. I headed over here around 1PM though, and beware of the massive crowd of little teeny boppers that come in and take up all the seating. Most of these kids just chill inside until their parents come pick them up on the side of the street, so right around afternoon time is probably not the best time to come and dine in. Onto the food though. Popcorn chicken was way over fried for my liking. Seriously the breaking was so thick that every piece had a disproportionate amount of breading to chicken. It was so dry that I had to ask for some sauce to go with it. So needless to say, I do NOT recommend their popcorn chicken. The poor top of my mouth was all scratched up because the coating was so hard and super crunchy. We also ordered some kind of grilled chicken dish though, and that seemed a lot more appetizing. So basically AMAZING prices that are difficult to be found elsewhere, but not anything that tastes out of the ordinary. Tea was pretty bland too and didn’t have a strong enough tea taste, but hey. It was a dollar.

Simple quaint café that has a lot to offer. They have variety of fries to offer. And my kids go crazy for it. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They also have promos, $ 4 for 2 regular milk tea… you can’t beat that! We love this place and we always go here after zumba class;)

2 Boba Milk Teas for $ 4.00. Tastes pretty good. Has excellent tea flavor. Also got the Buffalo Wings for $ 3.95. There were only five pieces. They had heat, but not much buffalo sauce flavor. Still good, but not anything amazing.

Blintz Café is a pretty small place connected Quest Learning Studio. It’s very hyped and many famous dancers come by here. The café is comfortable and has a simple interior. The only thing I could say I usually get here is their boba. My church is also apart of the building so they get pretty crowded on Sundays. I recommend the spam musubi or popcorn chicken if your looking for a quick snack. I also get the fries sometimes and you can pick any flavor from sour cream, barbecue, cheddar, and spicy seasoning. They actually have a variety of fries and I like that the most. Also, food price is fairly reasonable. The quality service is great and they are always attentive! I love this place!

It’s been I-don’t-know-how-many-times that I eat here. The staff here are friendly and the food has a lot of variety and delicious. Staff Staff here are very friendly and cheerful. I know Emily, Eden there who’s there in the morning. It is always nice to talk to them and being served by them. Menu They have a great selection of food, ranges from snacks like french frys, popcorn chicken to good means like Blinz chicken Combo(Oh my god, this is my FAVORITE) to many other good dishes. They also even do dinner plates for dinner time. You can ask them about the menu because it is all different everyday. The portion is good and it’s full of different variety. Drinks They also have a great selection of drinks, not only boba milk tea, but you can try all sorts of other types of drinks such as their sea salt tea and fruit tea that other places doesn’t have. A lot people like their color soda too but personally I like the teas more. Oh! And they have the super sized drink which is very cool. Anyway, its a really good place to recommend. I’m actually heading off to Blinz café again now~ Bye~

My sister goes to an academy that’s at the 2nd floor of the building that this café is in. So I decided to buy popcorn chicken, fries, and bobas while waiting for my sister to finish her classes and overall, I give it 4-stars. I haven’t tried too many of their foods but I left the place satisfied after eating their popcorn chicken and fries(has good seasonings on it). Their milk tea boba is pretty good too. Service is also good. The workers are friendly, and foods/drinks come out early. The place is clean with nice decorations(they have pictures of customers on a wall by the way). This café is pretty generous when it comes to pricing. It can get loud and crowded sometimes since the building has dance classes next to the café. And the café is small to begin with. Aside from that, I’m pretty fond of this place. If you’re tired of hanging out at Dolphin Bay, Cha2o, or Guppies or any other cafes you regularly hang out at with your friends, you should try this place out.

Formally known as Quest Café & is now under new management… Found out about this place from my niece who use to go to the elementary school nearby. She hasn’t been here in a year and says it has changed in staff, ambiance and food. According to her, food taste better now & they’re less stingy about portions. Since it’s my first time, I can only say good things. I only got boba slush taro but it’s the best I’ve tasted. It wasn’t bland like how Tapioca Express can be at times. It was perfect from its sweetness & amount they put in. The atmosphere was comfortable as well, radio not too loud, cushioned seats, tv, and less the crowd. Maybe I came in the right day with the right staff but I’d def return for boba tea. Mmmmm! Good job for the renovations & new management.

I come to this café all the time to study, and I positively love it! The Boba is always fresh, although the bursting strawberry Boba is so popular they tend to run out. The food is delicious and priced incredibly low for the quality and the amount you get(I recommend the popcorn chicken and the chicken katsu curry), and the wide variety of drinks are delicious. The ultimate bargain is their Boba challenge, on which they heap plenty of boba-goodness.

The old quest café is under new management: blintz café at quest. Great place to hang out, and their food’s awesome. They’ve just opened, so they’re still trying to figure things out and training people. You have to try their fries witj awesome seasonings, beef bowl, and popcorn chicken

Oh my! My kids and I are here ALL the time! Being that it is located at the Quest Learning Center, makes it so convenient. We get our boba drinks here, and sometimes even have dinner here! The prices are reasonable and the service is excellent!
