DON“T CHOOSE THIS STORE! Grant Chou provides the worst customer service in the world! My phone (nokia 5310) was broken and couldn’t be charged so I brought it into the store and paid $ 30 for repairing. Grant said he will call me when my phone is fixed and ready to be picked up. Grant never tells you when your phone will be fixed, he’d always say that he will call you to let you know and he never calls. I had to keep calling the store to find out if my phone was back or not. So 1 week passed and Grant told me that they fixed my phone but my phone still doesn’t work, and he said they have no idea why so he has to sent it back to repair to find out and once again he said he doesn’t know when it will be back but he will call me. Now I have wait for a month and Grant never called, I have called him several times and all he told me was that they are still trying to figure out what the problem is. Come on, it takes less than a month to fix a car, but they can’t even find out what is wrong with my phone. Imagine not having a cell phone for a month, and your retailer provides extremely poor customer service.

Ask for Grant Chou. Two years ago, my mom negotiated with him to get my aunt and cousin two Prada cell phones at a pretty good price. A week ago, Grant was able to get me the Giorgio Armani cell phone and my brother the HTC-​HD2 cell phone for a GREAT deal (my mom actually called other cell phone stores, and each employee told my mom there was no way they could match the price Grant gave us).
He does his best to meet all your requests (my mom’s Asian and she believes in number superstition. She gave him a couple of requirements for a «good» phone number, and he ended up getting me what is considered to be an AWESOME phone number). No doubt that when my friends’ contracts expire at the end of the year, I will drive them up from San Diego to meet with Grant.
