We have found it difficult to get a good handyman, until Michael. Our first experience was today when he came out to fix a plumbing problem. He was on time, fixed the plumbing as well as the other issues that arose. His price was reasonable and I really appreciated that he cleaned up after himself. Will definitely call him again for future projects.

I’ve worked with a couple of handyman in the past, but they were too busy to take on my new project. I hired This N That Handyman Service to power wash my house, and install an electrical outlet. Micheal Payne (owner), came out to provide a quote and immediately struck me as someone reliable and trustworthy.
I agreed to the quote, and he was able to start and complete the work the next day! Very exciting, since I had been waiting weeks for another handyman to simply quote the project.
The work was done perfectly, and the cost came back lower than the quote! Michael didn’t leave a shred of evidence that he was there (great job cleaning up), and I will definitely hire him in the future.

I highly recommend Michael for any fixit needs you may have around your house, big or small. While we were in the process of moving out, Michael was able to fix several projects around our house-from torn up patio stairs to our roof-and was even flexible when we had more projects we asked for him to do, even working odd hours for us so he could get the projects done on time. He is very professional, and he got the job done really well! We couldn’t be happier!
