Went in at 6:25. They close at 8pm. They said it was a busy day so they decided to stop taking patients. Ridiculous.

Unbelievable. To their credit, they were closing in 10 minutes and set that expectation. The front desk assitant was helpful, took me back and said that the doctor can come in and give a quick look — I came in with a severe sore throat. The doctor strolled in 30 seconds later and told me that since I was a new patient, I would have to do paperwork and that would take too long and I should come back tomorrow. What a joke. Never once asked me how I was feeling, never once said«let me take a quick look» or asked about how much discomfort I was in. Even if I was desparate for care, I would never go to this place. EVER.

Horrid place. I’ve lived in Maine, Vermont, Massachusetts, Hawai’i and three different locations in California. I’ve experienced inner-city emergency rooms, rural health clinics, and everything in between. This is THEWORST place I’ve ever attempted to seek care from in my four decades on this planet. I hope, for the health of everyone in our community, that they get shut down. To call them«third-world» might be insulting to the developing world. Avoid this place.

Just had to take my wife in for breathing problems. I’ve there in the past and their service was okay, but Dr. Andrew Fairburn treated my wife this morning and he is by far the best Dr. I have yet to encounter anywhere. He truly cared and had compassion for my wifes condition which made us both feel comfortable. Here’s hoping that Dr. Fairburn can become a primary care physician because he is great and we would love to have him as ours.

Im not exactly sure how long most patients take to be checked out, but after 2 hours of waiting just to get antibiotics for a sinus infection, i really wanted to throw in the towel. There were 10 patients ahead of me with 2 doctors working. I suggest more staffing when this is a consistent issue. Just my opinion. Dr. Cury is cool though. Props to him. He got me out as soon as i got in there. Thanks for not extending my time there.

Not sure about the doctors, but the staff I encountered was awful. I was there 2 hours and they only took back 2 patients! I’m new to the area and didn’t have a primary doctor which is why I had to go to urgent care.. . Plus they made everyone who was vouching wear these awful masks. The waiting room smelled like old dirty socks.

If I could give negative stars I would. I saw Dr. Walker after my pervious one left CHC – and it’s no wonder– she was actually knowledgable about my condition. So of course she left. Once he came in after a long wait he proceeded to chastise me about not getting blood work. Apparently he didn’t bother to notice I had a bandage on my arm from the lab. Then he went on to say he was a «scientist» and belittled anything I had to say. I stopped talking to him at that point. He said I have bad breath and tachycardia. I guess he didn’t notice me running after my two small children?! I saw another doc and I don’t have tachycardia! I just finished waiting an hour with zero food in my stomach to take lab tests before the appointment. I had to bring my children, and he was rude to me like this in front of them. This is UNACCEPTABLE behavior for anyone. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. I burst into tears on my way out. I feel violated and will NEVER visit that CHC location(fair oaks) again. I’ve filed a complaint with CHCs information hotline and hope some disciplinarian action is taken.

I have had nothing but great experiences at this location. The receptionist have always been nice to me and I’ve always seen a doctor in a timely fashion. Dr. Cury is, by far, my most favorite doctor at this location; heck, he’s my most favorite doctor, PERIOD. Every time I see him, he always has something humorous to say. This man is definitely a people person, and you can definitely see that this man loves doing his job. If I ever need to see a doctor, I always make sure I ask for Dr. Cury(if it’s not an emergency, of course).
