I will NEVER visit this establishment again. I went into the store due to the machine being out of order to put cash on a pump, the cashier put it on the wrong pump and gave MY money to a different customer. When I went back in to say that my pump was not working and he figured out what happened, he then proceeded to tell me that I told him the wrong pump number and that there was nothing he could do about MY mistake. I have been in customer service for many years, you always own up to your own mistakes… and you always try to correct the issue. This man proceeded to then yell at me in front of everyone else in the store when I told him that I wanted to speak to the manager or the owner of the store. I left embarrassed and upset and without my money and or gasoline. I returned the next day and explained the situation to the owner and she defended her employee’s bad behavior! They may have cheap gasoline, but the service was horrible, I rather pay higher prices for better service!

While my husband pumped a FULL tank of gas I went in to get some creamer for my coffee. What must have been the owner/​manager came running out after me yelling at me to return her creamer. I told her we were purchasing gas but she grabbed the creamer and ran back in. Super embarrassing & extremely rude :((Gas is cheaper but don’t STEAL the complimentary creamer!!!

Let me start off by saying the gas is always cheap. But a lot of there merchandize were covered with a thick layer of dust. The bathrooms are horrible. I can’t even trust there food! Very dirty !

Beware of this disreputable, self-​serving business! After gas poured out of my car, the employee said we’ll put kitty litter on it & turned back to talk to his friend. Didn’t ask about my car, how much was spiled, which pump; he didn’t care. I called & asked for the manager to tell him how «great» his employee was, got the same guy& he said go ahead & tell my uncle, he won’t care. I told him I was contacting the company & he said, «Who cares, they won’t do nothing.» Arco said they were independently owned & they could do little. They will never get my family, friends or anybody else’s business I I can get this message to again.

Price is right. Lots of pumps. Great location
