Froggy’s Heating and Air LLC

On June 28^th, 2012 we had this con-​artist come over to our house to look at our A.C. I was told I need a new unit. Okay fine, this is right smack in the middle of a heat wave 100+ degrees. He comes back and installs the unit. Later that night it is still 89 degrees in my home. I call him and he say «It will take a while to cool down because of the furniture you have in your house.» So now I am worried that this guy has no clue what he is talking about. Woke up the next day and BAM it is now 92 in my house! So I call him again and he says «Well I guess the compressor went out and to fix it will be another $ 650.» I tell him «NO WAY you just put in the unit you should fix it!!» Then he tells me he did me a favor and that I can kiss his a** and hung up on me!!! I have tried to call this guy to come fix the problem or take his stuff back and just give my money back. He will not answer his phone and his voice mail is full. Makes me wonder why? How many other people has he done this to? I have contacted the BBB, but the are of no help. I called in a new A.C. guy, he said that the unit that «Froggy’s» put in was used and nothing was installed properly! So now I am out and A.C. because of «Froggy’s Heating and Air» I have been in this heat from 6-​28-​2012 till now and have to wait until 7-​27-​2012 to get a new unit put in. The only reason I put this man on Unilocal is to warn other people of his shady work! He had mentioned that he does a lot of insurance jobs. You may want to make sure if you call your insurance to fix the problem that «Froogy’s» is NOT the man doing your work! Do NOT use this guy! He will scam you out of your hard earned money!!!
