Disaster! Do not waste your money. Horrible metal seats, and expensive meal that was not worth it in quality. I was in the area visiting my 78 year old mother who wanted to try it. I had my daughter who is gluten free and my son as well. First off, my daughter passed on ordering because they do not offer a gluten free bun and the guy at the counter said that all buns were gluten free. I knew this was incorrect. He read the ingredients and sure enough, white flour. He was looking for gluten in the ingredients. Maybe more training on that for employees would help. Then, a hot dog, 2 fries, and 2 burgers(one small child size and a bacon burger) with 2 drinks was close to $ 35.00! Gulp!!! We go to Culvers and they have Udis gluten free buns for my daughter and get sundaes for everyone & it ends up being cheaper and much better quality and quantity! Never again. Not to mention, the fries that they advertise as ‘best’ are not even good. First time ever that I threw them in the trash. Disappointed and wish I had that $ 35.00 back.

$ 16 for a burger with fries and drink. While they were all great and the portions huge, simply too expensive for a quick weekday lunch. Food and service both were outstanding. Price is main reason for only 3 stars.

The burgers and fries are wonderful just wish they would lower their prices and turn down the loud music their fries are the best!

Food stellar. Reliable burgers that never let you down. just like they advertise. For me the highlight is the little lady behind the counter. Shes a fireplug. Taking care of the customers. Remembering their habits. Bustling around making that place polish. I don’t know her name. She gives that amazing team a friendly face. Check out five guys where they make a good food experience great.

Five Guys continues to impress-always clean, always friendly, and always tastes amazing! I thoroughly enjoy being able to quickly choose from many burger toppings, as well as several different burger types. The fries, cut and made fresh in-restaurant, taste fantastic and make a great road trip snack.

We love 5 guys! The burgers are always fresh and delicious! The cajun fries are my very favorite! This location is always pretty busy but they are clean and courtious. We see the same lady at the register every time we go, i guess shes the manager. She is always very friendly and helpful. Will be back again soon!

The burger is fine. Weak bun, though, and fries suck. They have potential but the staff don’t fry them crispy enough.

Great burgers and fries. A little pricey but if you are a burger lover, you should definitely try it out. Fun atmosphere too with very friendly staff!

I love 5 Guys! Great burgers done right. Cajun fries are the best. Speaking of fries my fries tonight are from the Bevan Jeppesen farm in Rexburg, ID. I know this because they post where the potatoes come from. It is difficult to go to other burger places and expect the same freshness in the ingredients that 5 Guys uses on a regular basis.

Is this place worth the price? The answer is NO! 10.37 for a two patty burger and large drink is ridiculous. On the plus side, the place is very clean inside and the staff very friendly. If you like ten dollar Big Macs then this is your place.

This place is supremely amazing! I usually come in with my mom on a whim and we get great service every time. The tables are always clean and the lobby is brightly lit. The walls are covered in framed articles of journalists and reviewers who obviously agree with me. And they offer free complimentary peanuts on visiting. Now about the product: Men’s Health and other health magazines abhors this restaurant because they have the tendency to give you a lot of food. Its true they do. If you ask for a burger with everything on it. Expect an overstuffed burger, even for their«little» sandwiches. If you want to order a large fry, and if you have an additional person with you, just order one large fry. Trust me: they pack a ton of fries! Their fries did come a bit over salted, but I didn’t mind. The peanut oil they cook the fries in tasted absolutely delicious! I also thought the servers put a lot of time making me feel very comfortable. They asked me if I needed any refills of my beverage and took time to have a pleasant conversation when they were not busy. This is definitely a place worth repeating!

My wife and I have only been here once, mainly because we wanted to try it and compare it to other burger joints we’ve visited in the past. The people at the location were very friendly and helpful, so I have no complaints about the service. The food is just simply not worth what they charge for it. It should not cost close to 30 bucks for two people to eat here. That’s a lot for what I would consider fast food type cuisine. This place is comparable to Steak-n-Shake, just not as good. A got the double bacon cheeseburger, which was good, just not anything to write home about. I could probably name 10 better burgers I’ve had in St.Louis. The fries were just your average fries, and were somewhat oversalted. My wife got the grilled cheese, and was not a fan. It was a tiny little sandwich. If you’re considering going here, I’d recommend Steak-n-Shake, Cheeburger Cheeburger, Culver’s, etc, before going here. Just being honest.

For a fast food joint, the burgers are incredible. The fries are great and a regular size can easily be split between two people(especially since the burgers are two large patties). You go in, choose your burger and pick your toppings. Each burger is cooked to order and is full of flavor and juices. They cook them well enough to be grey all the way through but aren’t dried out.

We were in Arnold looking for a place to grab some food. It was one of those times when every place was an option, but it was also a time when no place sounded good. So we went with most convenient option, Five Guys. I had been to the one in Town and Country a few years ago and was not really impressed. They have media quotes all over the wall telling you how good the food is, but I say don’t let that get your hopes up. It’s made fresh and pretty much tastes that way. Still, it’s a basic fried burger and all the free toppings in the world don’t change that. The fries were reasonably tasty, and as another review noted, huge. I kept wanting to add seasoning to everything, though, which is irritating when you know it’s a million calories. Piling on additional sodium seems like a bad idea. Part of me wonders if the burger would have been better without so many toppings, the other part of me says just make the healthy choice and stay away. I noticed they have a veggie sandwich and cheese sandwich option. Not sure what to make of that. I really appreciate keeping things simple, but are they just going to put all those hamburger toppings on a bun? I didn’t ask, but I’m afraid the answer might be yes. I will add here that my wife and daughter thought it was pretty good. I might have gone up to 3 stars, but all the tables were dirty and the place was just generally not very clean. Encourage people you don’t like to come here and clog their arteries, but for you, my good Unilocaler friend, I say meh.
