First visit left a bad taste in my mouth, the young man who helped me wasn’t very friendly or helpful and I left feeling ripped off, however, when I returned to this location to fix a problem that my previous visit caused Tim was there to help, I left feeling better about this location.

I’ve been here a few times. Staff always helpful. I went today because the new phone I got was being a pain. They fixed the problem quickly. In and out within 10 minutes. The store is always clean with nice displays. The store is very close to home which is nice.

So with promises that our one phone would be traded for $ 60 and a return of the phone (by us), the bill arrives and they charged us $ 762 financed and no report of the $ 191 charged to our credit card. And it’s Saturday so billing offices are closed! Don’t trust the salespersons in this store.

I went to the Verizon in Glen Burnie and they couldn’t help me with my issues. I came here and Tim helped me with everything I needed. Everyone was more then helpful and their was no wait at the store. It was worth the drive from Glen Burnie.
