This place had a corner on support personnel rudeness a few yeas ago when I first started using their services – except for the always(and still) very courteous«front desk» personnel. Not exactly customer-focused once you entered the interior. However, the folks there clearly underwent some customer satisfaction training back then, which was very noticeable, so I remained a client. Unfortunately, a degree of rudeness has returned at certain levels – even when dealing with basic fulfillment issues caused by the facility itself. No eye contact at those levels(so to speak.) Not good. However, the quality that the optometrists themselves deliver remains high.

I had an all around horrible experience here. I was new to the area and first chose this place due to how close it was to me. The place itself is completely outdated and has a horrible selection of glasses compared to what I am use to. The girls that work at the desk were very nice. However the eye doctor here does not listen to his patients and is more concerned with his ego. After giving me a contact prescription that was wrong and let me feeling uncomfortable and dizzy I asked to reschedule with someone else. When I arrived he informed that I was going to be seeing him AGAIN. I felt very uncomfortable. He ended up «redoing» the exam and made a comment that he was right the first time and gave me the exact same prescription. I would stay away from this place. They are just collecting a check and don’t really have your best interest. There are much better places.
