The manager of this place obviously does not care. Call all the time and get put on hold for like 3 minutes, then hung up on. Then call back again and get put on hold again. This man needs to do a better job of representing his business. Won’t be visiting this place again. Country kitchen has way better salads and better customer service.

This review is for delivery. Overall experience –TERRRIBLE!!! My order has been wrong 3 out of 4 times. This is unacceptable for a 15 + dollar salad. Just as an example, I ordered one of the signature salads with a few add on items… when my salad came, it was only the add on items, so basically I paid 18 for a grocery store level salad. Pretty much every other order I’ve made has been missing one or two items, and these toppings are like 1 or $ 2 each. Its really sad, because I do like the idea of a healthy lunch option near my work. Really, please please please hire people that actually read and follow the salad orders, its kiiilling your business! If you can’t handle online orders, then please take your business off seamless. Also, to comment on the salads themselves, they are like 90% lettuce /greens and maybe 1 or 2 pieces of whatever topping you ask for. Salad to toppings ratio could be better.

I think this is the best of the quick-casual salad places in the area. I would have given full stars except I think all these places are expensive. Also I think their closing time is a little early. The ingredients are fresh and I think they aren’t as skimpy on the toppings as would have thought based on the other reviews. I’ve only gone at dinner time and the wait time was very similar to other salad places. I’d say its worth a visit.

Came here mostly for soup on a cold day. My 8yr old wanted salad(picked her fills) and 5yr old wanted soup. I tried both. Salad was too simple for me but suited the older one just fine, I did really like the quality of the grilled chicken. Little one had the chicken soup, didn’t even leave me any to try! I had a chili/macncheese combo that was bowl licking good. Had to restrain from buying another one. We got some soup to go after I tried the other flavors. Liked butternut squash and and would have liked the split pea too if it had a little smoked ham but I guess vegetarians need a soup too. Tried to get Italian wedding but it was sold out, happy that it’s made in store but make more! Will definitely be back when in the area. Added plus — soups don’t taste like there’s a pound of sugar and salt in them.

Salads are ok. Nothing to rave about. They are a bit skimpy with the toppings(what you add other than lettuce.) Salads are 90% greens. If you go during lunch hour on the weekdays, it can take a long time… you order and then you wait for 1 of 3 folks to chop and dress the salad. Took me about 15 – 20 minutes today at prime time. Too long to wait for an OK salad. I hope they fix some of the issues bc I would like then to succeed. Prices are about average, but in line with Armonk. Owner is nice guy.
