$ 75 JUST FOR AN ESTIMATE? I called to get an estimate on some pond clean up and they wanted to charge $ 75 just to come give me an estimate! NO WAY. Put’s Ponds is giving me an estimate for FREE! And all other services give free estimates. Not sure what’s up with this company.

Ordered water lillies on Feb. 12. Said it takes 6 days to receive the order. Called a week later and was told the were shipped. Might be late because of bad weather. So I waited. called back to check to track my order. Then I was informed it wouldn’t be shipped until April. They had no problem charging my card for the purchase and just slipped their mind not to inform me of the later shipping date. The web sight says they would be shipped at the time of the order. Really need to work on their customer service.
