Bought a 5s last year from here, had no complaint so far. Recommended a couple more people to here, they had no problem. The guy is good.

I had a horrible experience here because they messed up my iphone! First of all, I stopped at another store nearby to ask if they could unlock phones. The guy seemed really nice and recommended that I visit this store since they did not unlock phones there. When I was leaving my phone, they were not going to provide a receipt, so I requested one(odd – and should have told me something). Who doesn’t automatically provide a receipt for a $ 300 phone left in their care. So, then they give me a handwritten receipt… hmmm. Anyhow, when I return later that day, I am told that my phone will not charge correctly and that they can unlock it, but will have to delete everything off of my phone. My phone had no trouble charging for me to find a place to unlock it and kept a charge for the last three days… but now all of a sudden it doesn’t work. I decided to take my phone home to charge it and download any pics. I look at my phone on my way home and notice a crack around the edge – someone has opened the phone, even though they claimed that all they did was attempt to charge it. So now, they’ve damaged my phone, it will not charge correctly, and I have lost everything that was on it anyways. DONOTVISITTHISSTORE with your phone and expect a positive outcome. I m very disappointed and frustrated. You expect a store to know what they are doing. I should have just contacted AT&T as they will walk you through it themselves. Weirdest thing, they ran out the door after me requesting my receipt back??? Who does that? Guess they wanted to cover their tracks for complaints. I have a sneaky suspicion that they are writing some of their own bogus reviews. For shame… Buyer or anyone needing a repair, upgrade, unlock, etc — -Please Beware!
