This business only got one star because it’s impossible to give them 0 stars. If anybody is thinking about buying a piano from these people, THINK AGAIN. My fiancé bought me a piano for Christmas, which came with a 120 day guarantee. 3 weeks after having it delivered to our home, one of the pieces in the back broke. Maybe it was already broken when we got it, I don’t know. At any rate, one key doesn’t work. They scheduled a time to come fix it, we waited around all day, and nobody showed up. After countless emails and phone calls, we have yet to get a response from them. Don’t believe the 120 day guarantee offer, you’re better off chancing it with a free piano from craigslist.
