I just got the worst customer service from this place! Y ask for some wings and fries and extra dressing on my order! I got home with my food and surprise!!! No ranch in the bag!!! I call the place to let them know what happen, that was not the first time that something is missing in my order and that i will not drive to the place again to pick up that but just to be careful next time and with other customers… And the girl on the phone respond… Sooooo what do you want me to do… 1. I was polite and let them know 2. I’m a customer basically making a complain 3. She at least should apologize instead os telling me what so you want me to do!!! I will not come back to this place neither my family

The food is very hot, fresh and really tasty. My first choice in fast food. The Canes sauce really makes the meal. Service is fast. Staff is not overly friendly, but not rude. I don’t understand why a regular drink costs $ 1.59, but if you don’t need a drink with your combo, they only reduce it by .80

I don’t know. So like when the employees out number the customers by like 3 to 1, can a brother get some table delivery. They called my name and seemed almost bored to have to wait for me to walk 7 feet to pick it up.
Then there’s my Favorite wings, the Louisiana Rub. But can we be consistent on the rub. The flavor is consistent but it goes from med to burn your lips from one visit to the next. These folks need to
On a positive note I prefer WingStop over the other folks. The Baked Beans and Wings were Fresh and hot. Thank you.

Went in tonight to order and the place was packed. Not the tables but the line waiting for the their food to go. As we were looking over the menu, my husband noticed the cook was yelling at his coworkers and seemed very irate. Not sure if they were short staffed, but they seemed overwhelmed and irritated. A lady went to the counter and complained she had been waiting for 30 minutes for her order to go. We decided to leave seeing as no one offered to help us. Very negative energy to walk into. Have eaten here once before with no problems so this was shocking. Good food last time, too bad we couldn’t even order.

I know chicken wings aren’t the healthiest things in the world but damn are they delicious when done well!
For whatever reason I love wing stop. Good competitive pricing with BW3’s and other regional favorites. The difference in my opinion is that Wing Stop has bigger better wings.
This particular wing stop is fast, courteous, and clean. I usually drop in for lunch once every couple of weeks.
I love the Louisiana rub flavored wings the best (bone in). The flavor is so good that if they sold their rub at stores I’d probably buy it for home cooking.
The fries are really good too but sometimes they can get a little heavy handed with the seasoning. No worries you can ask for no or light seasoning and they are happy to oblige.
Overall Wing Stop is really good, this location on particular is great for lunch. 4 stars and my recommendation.

Frequent customer here love the food well I just love wing stop in general they all taste the same being that they are a franchise but this one in particular has the worst service known to man. Bye worst service I mean downright rude Christina who help me out tonight’s in a row that I ordered wings was decent and the first night. The second night she was downright rude all she was worried about was flirting with a few guys there that were her friends when we talk to her she would give us the cold shoulder and could care less about our food then we get home and part of our meal was messed up but the receipt reads correctly I’ll never eat at this. Location again but of course I will eat other wing stops I can give my money to another franchisee this ruin my night. I myself, I am in the restaurant business I own three Italian restaurants and it is completely absurd and asinine to be treated that way especially when you order a 50 pack of wings just my two cents for people who are thinking about eating here. Let me add it was just a to go order as well I couldn’t imagine dining and I probably commit suicide

I always prefer Wingstop over Buffalo Wild Wings. However, this location has terrible customer service. The young female cashier cares more about putting her make-​up rather than greeting the customers. I placed an online order and when I arrived to pick it up, FIVE other customers came, placed their order and left. Not once did she say something customer service oriented; for example, she could have said «sir I see you haven’t received your order, I will check on it for you.» Instead I went to ask her, she just asked for my name then she says «Oh here’s your order.» Which had already been done 30 minutes ago, when I got there. I asked how long they have been there, her response as she’s trying to avoid me «I don’t know, I’m doing this!» Whatever that «this» was, I have no idea. Not going back to this location.

Tucked in the corner of the intersection is this quaint little Wingstop; this was my first time going to this specific one. Smaller than some of the newer ones I’ve seen that have expanded dine in seating but nonetheless can seat upwards of 2 big parties and several smaller ones!
Ordered Mango habanero (greatest new wing flavor they have that has actually made enough impact to stay on the menu for good) and garlic parmesan. All flats. Of course. When we got our food, our second flavor ended up being lemon pepper instead of garlic parm, didn’t bother us one bit! Lemon pepper is just as good, so we just took it as a sign from above. ¹⁰⁄₁₀ wing sizes were big and fries were crispy and they certainly didn’t skimp on those! Friendly cashiers that even offered to let us taste the new sauces they had before we ordered!

Food is really good here. They’re busy on a Saturday night but the food was brought out on time. I wish they had paper on the table.

Decent wings — they’re a good size for the price. The customers there are kinda ghetto, so if I go back, I’m probably going to take mine to go.

This location has gotten better. Before the fries werent all that good. And twice they messed my order up.
BUT recently I went back to give them another try and it was GREAT! How wingstop should be.
The staff has always been friendly and the store tidy.
I hope they can keep up the great food!

Love love love it! My new wing place. Take away is easy just make sure to come a little later than time quoted. That’s their only flaw. Great service and best wings. You’ve GOT TO TRY THEIR FRYS!!!

I have been eating at this location for 3 years since I moved to tx but the last two times I have ordered the wings are cooked completely through they are disgusting they are completely dry & the fries were dipped in grease one minute they are still raw with no season what a waste of money I tried to give you the benefit of a doubt that it was a mistake the first time but for it to happen again and all of those workers are standing in the kitchen and talking my business is done at this location I threw my food in the garbage because that’s what you sold me was garbage

The food was just as is expected from WingStop but If you come to this location make sure you bring a coat., for its incomfortably cold., think hospital. They won’t change the the thermostat.

Worse place for take out. Placed a order and was told it would be 20 minutes. I went there in 30 minutes, and the order was still not ready. Bathroom was filthy.

We were in Arlington the other day and needed a quick bite to eat. We looked across the street and there was a «Wing Stop», one of our favorite places for a quick and cheap meal. This Wing Stop dd not disappoint! Service was quick and our food came out «hot and spicy», just like we like it. When we’re in Arlington again soon, and we’re in the mood for wings, we’ll definitely stop in again.

I’ve never really been a «wings» person. I came at the request of my Little Brother, and we ordered two sliders (think hamburgers) and eight wings: four Cajun and four Hickory Smoked BBQ.
The sliders, also Hickory Smoked BBQ, were probably my favorite thing: the buns kind of balance out the sauce, which comes on very thick. The chicken was tender, fresh and enjoyable, but lost in the sauce.
The restaurant itself was nice. Clean when we came in, with the air conditioner turned up (which must be a godsend in the summer!) Staff were friendly, fast, and approachable. Prices seemed a bit high to me, but lots of things seem a bit high to me as a student!
I like that Wing Stop serves beer but maintains a very family-​friendly atmosphere. If I had a beer to take some of the kick out of the wings, I may well have enjoyed settling in and watching a game. Will have to try that sometime and come back to this review!

Hard to find better wings, especially in a chain place. Always a fan of Wingstop, prefer theirs more than any I can think of, on a regular basis. Love the fries too, and ashamedly, the nasty cheese sauce. Regular or boneless, I usually end up getting my wings from them.

Food is excellent…
We ordered online, it said to wait 30 mins. We waited an hour. Got there and we were still asked to WAIT! Not cool wing stop. 3 stars for you.

We just got back last week from visiting my fam out in Dallas. We took a tour of the new Cowboys stadium and afterwards were starving and have been dying to try Wingstop. Just like I heard, the ‘Cajun’ sauce was my favorite, spicy but not unbearable. We had 10 Atomic (the most spicey) wings and 10 Cajun strips with their seasoned fries and cheese sauce to dip in. My boyfriend liked both sauces but couldnt feel his lips afer eating the Atomic. Wings & strips were delicious, sauce was bomb. The chicken was just great. Not greasy, not soggy — perfect! I love wings, I’m hoping we can find one down in Orange County, Ca were I live now. Wingstop is the ONLY place I ever want 2 eat wings at again. A+++
