It’s a chain, so the food is what you expect. Staff was friendly. I appreciate the«no cell phones while trying to take your order» rule. That’s just common courtesy and good business practice.

Wow, major disappointment. I went there for the first time and had wings, bone in, traditional hot, parmesan/garlic and Cajun. The regular hot ones were best — though they had heat but not flavor. Hard to explain. The others had zero taste at all. Hard to say that about parmesan/garlic, but astoundingly they had zero flavor. The Cajun were really, really dry. Not again.

I’ve eaten at this WingStop before and never had a problem. But today changed my view on this particular location. I will never eat at this location again and will advise my friends to do the same. I was treated very poorly while ordering. I’ve worked plenty of food service before so I know how every register is quirky while ringing it in. I get that! But while I’m telling you what I want and it doesn’t translate exactly how the register wants it, that doesn’t mean you can turn and mumble and tell the girl you’re training that«she doesn’t know how to order». Then as I try to disregard hearing that, I try to continue my order and I immediately get cut off by the older man at the front counter again” just tell me how many wings you want?!” None!!! Never from here again. I suggest going to the WingStop by UTA. Avoid this man’s rude attitude.

The food is consistently good here. Soft drinks come with free refills. I love the Hi C. The wings and fries were piping hot! I’m so happy the guy who used to ask«How u doin»? Is no longer at the front counter. I don’t come to Wing stop for a personal meeting. I come for wings! I used to respond«Whether I’m doin good or bad you are not a doctor. You can not help me!» Lately, in the last couple of years I have been much more comfortable visiting without meeting the«How you doin» guy at the counter.

I love me some Wingstop. The wings are good, but I really love them for their fries and ranch dressing. The fries are the best I’ve ever had anywhere. They’re seasoned and a little bit sweet and a little salty. I believe they make their own ranch dressing, because it’s so delicious and tastes much better than any ranch dressing I’ve ever had. They put Hidden Valley to shame. And to those of you who hate chains: I dare you to find better ranch dressing anywhere!
