Do you like paying rent for things that are broken? Calling incompetent people daily? Being ripped off and mislead? If so, you should rent through Weichert. My boyfriend and I recently moved to a town home in Arlington managed by Weichert. Upon doing our walk through, we realized that the stove and oven did not light. When we reported it to Weichert, we were told that it would be a quick fix and in the meantime to light the stove ourselves with a lighter. Not only is this inconvenient, it is DANGEROUS. Gas can blow up in your face. 20 days later and counting, we still don’t have a working stove or oven. I have no idea when this situation will be resolved. This is the worst rental company I’ve ever dealt with.

JD might be the worst realtor I’ve ever dealt with. Unpleasant is an understatement and she’s as responsive as glue. Run, run, run as fast as you can from dealing with her — everyone I’ve talked to says the same thing — it’s a nightmare!

I recently bought my first home in Arlington and could not have picked a better agent than Joel Mack at Weichert Realtors. There is so much to consider when buying a home, and Arlington is a tough place to be a buyer. It’s basically a chess match that most don’t know how to play or understand: where to start, what areas you can actually afford, thinking 5 years ahead about space and logistical needs. If you’re like me, when you do find the area and community you want to buy in, then how do you know how to be competitive enough for the owners to pick your offer? Well, I will tell you how — Joel Mack! He had a great understanding of the Arlington marketplace but most importantly, he listened and understood what I was looking for in a home. We all have dream homes, but when you see how much that dream home costs, you have some tough decisions to make.
Joel has a realistic approach and wants to make sure you are getting the most you can get in a home for as much as you are comfortable paying. His experience in property management gives invaluable insight into how a home’s infrastructure functions. His main objective was to find me a place that met all my requirements and was easy to manage as a single woman.
I feel like he took the emotional rollercoaster ride with me and I had a real champion in my corner who rooted for me and set me up to be successful! I think it’s important to trust your real estate agent and to make sure you’re a team; I would have Joel on my team any day.

If 0 stars were possible, I would give 0. No sense of urgency, poor communication, agent made significant mistakes that could ruin a deal.

I am blown away by Weichert property managements incompetence. It has taken them months to fix something very simple. They are horrible at returning phone calls, horrible at showing up in the time frame they provide, and seriously lack communication within their own company!
