First off the service is horrible, i dont write too many reviews, but is this is ridiculous, ohhh and the lady kind of got rid of me, saying if u experience any issues call verizon. well guess what my service is not working, so ive been wasting my time with verizon already 45 min while writing this, so unhappy with this service.

I have been to this store before, and they have been somewhat helpful in the past. But my mother and I just went in recently to upgrade to 2 new phones. The first time we went in, the wait was ridiculous. If the wait is always that long, hire more people. So we came back later in the week right when they opened. The guy that helped us was nice, and we got one phone and ordered another. My mother bought an add-on glass top screen for her phone which the sales associate put on the phone, but she started having terrible back pain(a chronic condition) while we were waiting, so we finished up quickly and left. She put the phone in her purse and there it stayed. Later that evening, she took it out and noticed a tiny chip in the side of the glass add-on screen(nothing in her purse could have done that). She called first thing the next day. The associate that helped us said that she could come back in the store and get it replaced. She does not live in Arlington, so it took a special trip to go back to the store. When she got there, the associate that originally helped her was not there, and the manager said that they would not replace the glass screen. In fact, she was not helpful or considerate at all. We will not be going back to this store.

I’m sure I’ll get great customer service when I’m serviced but it’s 748pm and I’ve been waiting done a bit before 7 for someone to help me with my cracked screen. As an onlooker, it looks like they really service their customers but the wait is ridiculous.

I have had verizon fios internet for many years, and have only recently learned just how communistic, and monopolistic they are. I can’t use my own equipment(ie routers, modem), i have no other choices in Internet Service Providers(isp) in my area. I cannot use my X box One the way i want to. if you game– verizon will kill your abilities. they do not prioritize gaming data, nor let you have to ability to have equipment to prioritize… you are screwed. i talked to 20+ people, bought and returned 3+ pieces of equipment trying to circumnavigate reality… VERIZONSUCKS.(where’s the no star option?)

Came here last night to set up a business account for a Router, so we can have free wi fi for our customers. I knew what I wanted when I arrived, as I did my research, so I expected maybe an hour and I would be done. Well, long story short, 2 and a hlf hours later I walked out. Not the stores fault, or Mark who helped(Even though this was the first time I think he set up a business account), but the process that Verizon puts you through to get set up on auto pay, is ridiculous.(I have bought brand new vehicles in less time). Store is great, employees are helpful.
