My experience with this apartment complex was absolutely horrible. I am a satellite technician who installed TV for a resident in this complex I was given express landlord permission to install once the customer was locked into a contract the apartment complex took their permission away. I called in to try and discuss the matter and was treated very rudely and was also hung up on by the manager. Ivan came in to speak with the program director of the complex and I was treated very poorly and also told that they will charge the customer to remove the dish. In my opinion this complex holds no morals or values for the tenant they say one thing like you into a contract and then do something completely different I would not recommend this apartment complex to anybody unless you need section 8 housing

I have lived here for almost two years. It’s somewhat quiet and I’ve had no problems with the residents except for my next door neighbor who smokes copious amounts of marijuana and it comes pouring into my apartment. The office you lease from is not the office you have to go to after you have already moved in, so do expect different standards. The«residents office» is never open for the full time it is supposed to be, as of now it’s 2pm on a Friday and I came to pick up packages and the office is closed! Service requests take multiple submissions to get«fixed.» They never answer the phone. There is a huge pot hole right after a speed bump that has been there for about a year and it just keeps getting bigger. Cats everywhere, nothing like the smell of cat feces when you step out of your home. The massive amount of dirt that washes down from the hill every time it rains never seems to go away and the pool is usually closed half the summer for code violations or health hazards. The workout room is a joke, extremely old equipment, it’s hot and very poorly ventilated, it smells like a dirty sock. The laundry room are fairly similar, I don’t think they ever clean it, and it’s extremely hot in there as well. Old, outdated apartments, internally and externally. They were the right place and price when I initially moved in but now I’d pay double monthly to move.

This place could care less about its residents. I am a handicap middle aged female husband is also somewhat handicapped. We have lived here since December of 2012 when I moved in I was told to bring my placards to the office a pic a parking spot I did and all was well for 15 months then we have 3 more residents move I. That were handicapped when I asked the office to please give them a spot I was told that my spot was no longer reserved for me I walk quit a ways to my apartment the others live right in front of the parking lot but when I asked if they could please explain that I have to walk a long ways they said can’t do anything about it to bad. They reserve spots for 5 year residents but I can’t get mine reserved. That is to funny are you kidding me. Reserve a spot for someone who can walk but not one for a person who struggles to walk. I get that anyone who is handicapped can park there but letting a resident bully another one cause she can is wrong. I work 3 nights a week 14 hour shifts cause it’s the only job I can get because of my disabillty. When I come home at 4am I get whatever is left and that’s if there is one left. I have fallen several times. No Ramps no rails and I am large so if a car parks to close oh well ask someone to move my car cause that’s the only way I can get in to my car when not allowed to park in the spot I requested and had for 15 months !!! They say oh we care a simple fix put a 5 years resident sign on my spot along with the handicap sign. Nope can’t do that. My family has 3 apartment here I think after I turn them in blow up the media and see if I can get a few people fired. !!! I will just move
