Texas Gourmet Beef Sticks

Ok, so I’m bummed since I was on a roll and at least in this reviewers opinion doing a smash up job highlighting the excellence that is Texas Gourmet Beef Sticks!
I came across these fine folks in Mesquite at the local Gun Show, where I was sating my appetite for firearms and as it turns out great spicy beef.
It’s not «really» beef jerky, but it’s very good and let me tell y’all. The «Super Hot» version will mess you up, in an absolutely awesome way! I love it melt your face hot and these folks DELIVER! It comes in regular, spicy and super hot. The regular is nicely peppery, smoky and very flavorful. The spicy is zippy, red pepper /​smoke flavor and safe for your 10 yr old. The Super Hot is FRIKKIN AWESOME! One piece and your mouth WILL feel it! The Habanero flavor is just muted enough that you don’t get the fruity notes typical in Habanero, the heat is there for SURE! If you like it spicy, I mean REALLY spicy the Super Hot is for you. More folks need to know how good this stuff is! It’s so hard to find good spicy food that doesn’t use capsicum concentrate where it will really challenge your tolerance. This stuff does but not at the expense of flavor.

I’d say tell em Kevin sent you and here soon enough that might actually mean something. Say it anyway so in January when I hit the Gun Show again, maybe they’ll have seen what us Unilocalers are capable of!
