I have to say that I have completely different experience from the reviewer below, although we live in the same building (maybe I got lucky?)
I agree we have a mice problem, and I called Sycamore multiple times to report it, and they would have someone come and fix holes in the walls. I think I had someone come 4 times, and they always were nice and understanding on the phone when taking an order, never ever questioned the problem.
In general very pleasant experience so far, they usually call back within a day (I leave a message with an answering service) and have someone come during next couple days. Compared to 2 other companies I dealt with before, this is pretty good service.
