This is the worst Subway I have ever been to. The staff was inattentive and came across as either extremely inept or impaired. I ran out without buying anything, as I did not want someone on a remote planet making a sandwich for me. If I were the corporate franchiser, I would close this one down as in my eyes this one damages the brand. Sadly, this is my second lousy experience here. It is off my list.

They charge you for tap water here!!! Tap water! I’ve never had a subway charge me for water before! They also didn’t heat up my chicken breast. I didn’t want toasted bread, but other subways have always warmed up the chicken breast before putting it on the sandwich! I’ve never felt more unhappy from a subway. I’ve always felt that they were all the same. But that is apparently not true. There was a standard I expected coming into this subway and that was not at all met.

All Subways are not created equal. The main staff is great but the management tries to make a quick buck at the cosumers cost. First off 1.07 $ for tap water is absolutely unacceptable… unacceptable. Only place I would ever expect to pay for tap water is at a movie theater. What leads me to write this review is: Subway has a deal going on with one of there 6″ subs; I decided to order two but got denied. This was a decision decided by local management only and not Subway itself. Also the staff is very uniformed with the monthly specials, another management problem.

Subway is subway is subway. I enjoy subway sandwiches, I like all the veggie options I have, and I loveee the smell of baking bread(can you can this smell?). This subway in Arlington Center is clean and the servers are friendly. They seem young and a bit inexperienced, but who cares, it’s subway! N.B. — you can ask to put the sriracha sauce on ANYSANDWICH! This sauce is awesome!

Sorry to have to do this, but I went today to buy Gift cards and was told they had none. Really its small business day I go out of my way to patronize a local business and they don’t have any. I would of felt better if I had heard sorry we will get more soon . Second time I tried to buy some at this location with no luck.

Yes, Subway is a chain, but this one offers mom & pop’s service. The team is kind, conversational, and fast. They make great sandwiches and care a lot about the service. I’m lucky to have this Subway in my neighborhood!

This Subway location is in Arlington Center and located across the street from the Arlington library. Just like most Subways I frequent, the food is fresh, the service friendly and BEST of all, they accepted my expired coupons, therefore, I LOVE them! In nice weather, get your favorite lunch«to go» and walk across the street to the park located behind the library or rather between the library and Town Hall. Lots of sunny or shady spots, benches or beautiful grass to sit on and enjoy your lunch. Take your trash to the cans, you slob. If you let me make your sandwich, it goes like this: whole wheat bread(it’s one of 2 whole grain options — the other one must sound like too much sugar which is why I don’t order it), turkey, swiss, lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, pickles, black olives, banana peppers, jalapenos, oil over the whole thing. YUM!
