Plus-Place has been updated, love the uncarpeted floors. Kitchenette area well supplied. Heating air works well. Shower works well. Beds are comfy but mattress slides easily off platform. Minus-unruly kids with no parental supervision running up and down the halls all day and evening. If you’re not on top floor be prepared to hear heavy foot traffic. Pool very small for the size of the place but it’s not open yet. Barking dogs. Needs improvement — lighting in room, tv in bedroom area(only one in main room and it’s low end but decent).

UPDATE to my February review: Filed a complaint with Ft Worth’s BBB and the general manager NEVER responded to them! Can you believe it? It will stay on their record for 3 years so I sincerely hope that the general public sees this and boycott’s this venue. My next step is small claims court to get my $ 400 back and I will continue to place reviews on every imaginable site until the manager calls us and apologizes and refunds our money. This is a disgrace to the Studio 6 brand.

This hotel deserves less than one star negative 4 stars to be exact. The photos online are very nice and portray a whole other property. With the dirty towels and Large Cockroaches and the dirty rugs… Needless to say I moved my family right out of there as soon as we saw the room. It was horrible. Luckily, I was able to find another hotel in budget. This hotel is a mess and please DONOTSTAYHEREUNLESSYOUWANTTOCONTRACT A MRSAINFECTIONFROMTHEFILTH!!!

This hotel has definitely seen better days back when it was built in what I would assume to be the 70s. The appearance of the lobby is not too bad, but once you make your way up to your room, however, you will probably soon regret your decision to stay here. It took us awhile to find our room since it was in the hotel’s second building that is connected with a breezeway. After we eventually found our room through the hallways and hotel common areas populated with less than welcoming people I had to immediately call the front desk since one of the deadbolts on the two connecting doors in the room didn’t lock. Maintenance came up a few minutes later and fixed the lock, but the two connecting doors in the room were incredibly creepy and annoying since we could hear the guests next door talking late into the night. On top of that, one of the connecting doors was missing its security guard and the main door’s deadbolt didn’t work so, needless to say, we felt pretty vulnerable and unsafe while we were in the room. Besides the issues with security the room itself wasn’t completely bad, other than the two weird double doors that led to the bathroom area that are more reminiscent of a dungeon than a bathroom. Oh, and the pool, one of the amenities that was listed on the hotel’s website and that was important to us was filled with water but closed. We stayed here because we needed a hotel that accepts pets and that has truck parking that was close to Six Flags, and although it is one of the few hotels in the area that meets all these requirements, I would highly advise you not to stay here if you’re looking for a comfortable and decent to place to stay at since this hotel is definitely not either of those things.

Or zero stars might be more accurate. This was the worst hotel experience that I have ever had. The pictures were misleading, the stove did not work, the room was dirty, there were bedbugs, the tv/remote did not work, the internet did not work, when we called the front desk it just rang and rang and was never answered. I will never go back to this or any of this chain and I will not recommend any of the sort to anyone that I care about getting a bed bug infestation or having to worry about the dead bolt not working. The room was a sweet musty smell and consistent with the environment that bedbugs infest, not to mention we saw them. There was banging all night and blood stains on the sheets. Both bathroom drains were clogged and took twenty minutes or more to drain. I highly recommend nearly any other hotel to avoid this discomfort. Also the doors to the hotels have locks on them for your hotel key but all the doors remain open all the time as do the gates to the common area.

This place is horrible first when i reserved the room they said all rooms come with refrigerators and microwave first room they gave us didnt have any than the room also smelled. The owner of the hotel said i can give you air freshener bottle than they changed our room and they call it a suite and this room looks like some one broke into it a lot of times. And this room smell as well my trip to Arlington could have been a lot better with a different hotel i recommend for nobody to stay here

I stayed three months due to a new job in the area. The«low» monthly rate enticed me, but you get what you pay for — and less. Mostly extended-stay tenants — and a few seedy ones. The staff has no concept of service — they hate their jobs and are suspicious of guests. The lobby looks decent, but it is nothing like the rest of the facility. Dirty, dingy, smelly, and poorly maintained. Disabled cars in the parking lot. Terrible wi-fi. Poor security. I had my truck window smashed in a burglary while parked right in front of the lobby. The police were often there on trouble calls and warrant sweeps. My conclusion: close it down and turn it into a halfway house for prison parolees.
