I love getting pampered here! The whole staff is super friendly and make sure you’re comfortable. When you aren’t 100% sure on what you want, they help make the best decision for you/​your look. Honnah is the stylist I go to; I can tell her what I’m thinking and she gets it the way I want, to a T! I live in Lynnwood, and driving to Arlington for a fabulous hair style is definitely worth while!

This salon is just FABULOUS! Great customer service and awsome products. I’m going to make this my main place to go! Ya’ll check it out you will walk out looking just FAB!

Honnah is an amazing stylist! She is always so nice and welcoming! The salon is so cute and bright and always has new things to offer! Honnah and chris always do a great job at doing hair and make up! Iv gotten so many compliments for people about my hair!

Never had a worse salon experience in my life! Walked in, stylist (not mine) greeted me nicely, offered me a drink and told me that my stylist was running a bit behind. Ok, no problem. I waited. Made this appointment a few days back, not a drop-​in, so anything up to about 15 is ok by me. I went to Gene Juarez Academy for training and know that these things sometimes happen… 5…10…15…20…25.30 and I finally see my stylist that didn’t bother to come out and even say — I’m sorry, I’m running really late, can we rebook or is waiting a bit longer ok? Completely unprofessional! This would NEVER happen at Gene Juarez. For that matter, I’ve never been treated so poorly — not even at HairMasters! Unbelievable. When she finally did acknowledge me, and ask me how I was, I was honest — I told her I was upset about waiting so long without two words said to me. I told her that it was unprofessional and unacceptable to make a client wait. Her excuse was she didn’t know I was there… REALLY? You are supposed to KNOW what your appointments are for the day (like I said, not a drop in). She said I was rude and that she didn’t need the abuse (um hello, since when is telling the truth about poor service abuse?!) and that I could leave. No problem, I only wasted 45 minutes of my equally valuable time to be treated like a second-​class citizen… I will NEVER recommend this salon to anyone I know. I received great service at Oasis, and will highly recommend them instead.

Love this place! Great hair designers and service. Chris is my favorite, always get great comments on my color and cut. And for the icing on the cake good tunes and cold beer or wine to top it off. Nice way to end my busy day. Thanks Studio 5!

This Salon is still my top favorite. I have gone here for years and have only watched the service continue to get better. There have been a lot of new changes in staff as the salon increased its well-​rounded services, and I am only finding that it is getting better each time I go in. The Salon itself is trendy and has always been extremely clean and well kept. If you want hair extensions, this is the place to go. The last set I received was the best set yet! LOVE this salon!

So far, I have been to Studio 5 for airbrush tanning only… but I’ve gone several times, and have yet to have anything less than a wonderful experience! The girls that work there are super nice, and they do a great job! The building is really nicely laid out. I will definitely be using their hair and nail services eventually too! Definitely check this place out!

BEST wax service I have ever had, hands down. The glitter tattoos are also a must have! Inexpensive and fun.

I feel so lucky to have found such a great salon! The building is a cute craftsman style bungalow, turned into a full service salon– wood floors, a fireplace with bright, fun tile work, and lots of charm. I had a Japanese Hair Straightening treatment here, after having lousy luck finding a good place where someone was trained to do this in Everett. I also got a trim at the same time. Chris (the owner) was wonderful. I could tell that she really cared how my hair turned out. They are up on all the new cuts, treatments, etc. If you live in Arlington, you are sitting on a gem here, and if you don’t, it’s worth the drive!

This salon was warm and very inviting, from the time I stepped foot into the salon to the time I left I felt completely pampered. During this visit I had the Brazilian Blowout, Heidi did a wonderful job. I look forward to going back to the salon as they offer many services.

I had a facial and sugaring done by Michaela and it was great! She assessed my needs perfectly and was very gentle and thorough. She informed me of the products she was using, and what she was doing during the entire process. It was a a relaxing yet deep-​cleansing facial and I will definitely be going back and referring others!

The girls at studio 5 are very sweet and talented. Had the best facial and it was even a reasonable price. I’m looking forward to getting more stuff done there and more organic products.

This is a fantastic salon different from the typical mundane corporate salons or overpriced «fancy» salons. The style of the salon and the atmosphere is stylish, chic, fun, and relaxing! The salon has great products, makeup, and services for an even better price. The TIGI makeup is to die for! Honnah and Heidi are absolute sweethearts making sure everyone is as happy as possible. Honnah helped cut my hair to donate 16 inches to Wigs for Kids and has been cutting, trimming, and styling my hair beautifully ever since! I’m always referring people to this salon because this is a local business worth supporting. So before you think about stopping in at any other salon make sure you check out this salon!

Honnah is a fantastic hair designer. I had brunette hair & wanted Togo blonde, and she didn’t make me feel awkward at all like other hair stylists do and she talked me through the process. She was very supportive and helped me find the right products, and best of all — her highlight job was amazing!!! I really loved her attitude & her work. Definitely recommend her!
