Great location! Very close to UTA, so as a student, it was very convenient to stop by for a pick-​me-​up or just a place to hangout. The manager is very cool as are the baristas. With so many people coming in and out each day, their service is top notch! Got my drink in less than 2 minutes. Overall one of the better Starbucks I’ve been to.

For the first time ever I am disappointed in starbucks. I ordered a grande dark roast. I love Sumatra but today the coffee tasted burnt. The bariesta who served us through the drive through was very happy and energetic for the morning so props to him!

Came inside today. Slow service. Drive thru takes priority. If you’re coming, make sure to go thru the drive thru. And they forgot to make my drink.

This is my favorite starbucks to go to! The baristas are so sweet and nice. They make an effort to get to know/​remember you and your drink order (s). I’m a regular here for that reason. Great customer service! It’s a nice place to study as well. Since I go to UTA I’m over here quite often.

Baristas are really nice. Took two visits for them to know my name. Has a real feel at home feel. As Starbucks go, this one is tops!

Went through the drive thru and was asking questions about seasonal items and the employee didn’t know the basic answers to describe the particular drink I was ordering… so frustrating. Their service is subpar and doesn’t match the quality that I am used to from a corporation of this magnitude. My frap was extremely watery. I will not be back at this location.

I’d like to give a higher rating since i love xustomizing my drink at Starbucks but this place always messes up my order. Today I asked for a grande skinny vanilla latte with whipped cream and Java chips. They forgot the chips as I was watching them make it and charged me for it anyway. Not that I complained. Just made the observation. They were nice, but they could have made more of an effort to stand out and be a little more friendly since starbucks is known for their great service.

This is not the first time that I stood around FOREVER being to be explained the products? I asked for a hand out to distinguish the products. I was told they don’t have any! The girl at the register was new. She should’ve said this right away. A customer in line who visits twice per day was MUCH MORE expletive of the Starbucks products. The one manager guy FINALLY explained the products. His comment was after I told Him: «I’m sure most people do not understand the things on your menu and people are just gonna go to McDs cause thy serve a mocha» He said:“it’s NOT IMPORTANT for people to understand our products They’ll come back just for the taste!” Really! Good Luck competing with McDs brand name… Hehehe:} The Washington Apple crumb cake lacked flavor. I asked for a bag to put it into. McDs has free wifi too!

HIT OR MISS defines this starbucks. The other day I ordered a soy Carmel Macchiato with an extra shot, and it was awesome, (as was the staff who joked with me whilst I waited). Today, I ordered one, waited over 20 minutes in the drive through and was given a drink that was obviously made with whole milk. Because I am lactose intolerant I tasted the difference right away, and went in to receive what I paid for, and the batista seemed as if I was asking her to kill her parents when I asked for a new one. The inconsistencies in drink quality as well as staff will keep me from returning.

Excellent coffee when they would make my order as I asked. My real issue was they quit carrying verismo coffee pods.

I’m a heavy Starbucks user to say the least. This location does a pretty decent job. coffee is solid and the people are friendly. It also has a drive thru which is I use often. If your coming during lunch on a weekday expect a busy experience. The local high school is right next door so you get a lot of that crowd.
I frequent the place which means I’m a pretty regular user. Therefore I give them 4 stars. Nothing outstanding mag that makes me love this location… but pretty good.
Only downside is pulling out of the store is a bit sketchy because if heavy traffic. Also seems to be a good amount if homeless milling around in the AM. Not a huge problem, but with mentioning.

Eh always hit or miss. Depending on the barista, the coffee is going to be on point, or it’s going to just taste horrible.
For example, I got a caramel macchiato, I always like to go in the store just in case the coffee is not to my liking. This one day especially tasted like hot water… So I requested for it to get exchanged. They were more than happy to do it, but the second one STILL tasted the same, hot water that had no flavor… Barista obviously had no ideas what they were doing that day :/​
But like others have said, the drive through is quite fast.

Where’s the district manager? This staff is inconsistent, don’t mark cups correctly, ignore customers and work slow.

This Starbucks is my favorite Starbucks! The location is really close to where I live and go to school! Not only that but the service is always number one! Your drinks come out very soon after you order them and they’re baked goods and food is always fresh everytime you get it!

Not really sure why but this is clearly my favorite Starbucks. A lot of folk think that all Starbucks are the same but for some reason the coffee here taste better. Perhaps its the water or just better barista. The service here is always good and the staff is friendly.

I love this place. They’re patient with me when I come with 5 different drink orders with 5 different payments. I gotta knock off a star because the sweetness level of their drinks are a little on the inconsistent side.
Other than that, this is my regular Starbucks where I make a stop at least once a week. :D (I’m not the coffee feind, my coworkers are. heh heh heh)
