I’d give this 4 but that one thing that happened last time stole it. It’s not a big enough deal to take the time to write about but it’s annoying enough to reduce a star. Only because I’m on an elitist power trip. Mwwahahah. For real though, this store is moving on up. They just had a renovation of sorts on the inside, just in time for the new mobile ordering that has taken high speed ahead. I love mobile ordering. Just so you know, because someone argued with me about it, you CAN order via mobile app AND drive thru to pick it up. One time I waited around inside for my order over 15 minutes only to ask begrudgingly, «where’s my order?!» The reply, «Oh. I thought you were in the drive thru.» Oh. I drive thru now. I also make big deals out of nothing sometime after saying I wont… but I promise I’m over it now. This really is a great Starbucks, kind people that smile work here!

There is nothing that stands out about this Starbucks over any other that I have been to. There is usually a drive-thru line around the store during the morning times but I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to get my drink no matter how long the line is. The service is very efficient and the staff always seems upbeat and friendly. I love the standard Pike’s coffee and when Christmas time rolls around I’ll throw a little peppermint flavoring into my drink of choice. The inside is clean and for a smaller building there seems to be plenty of seating. No complaints at all with this place other than the overpriced coffee but I doubt that will ever change!

I really love this location! It’s always very clean inside, which is a norm for Starbucks. I like that I almost always see the same faces there, so there isn’t a high turnover rate for employees. The employees are so nice and accommodating, if something is wrong with your order then they won’t get impatient or make you feel like you did something wrong. Every Bacon, Gouda, & Cheese breakfast sandwich I’ve gotten has always been the perfect temperature and tasted so fresh!!! I love Starbucks already, but the fact that this location is so close to my house AND has great staff is definitely a plus!

Your employee, Alicia went above and beyond. I am from the northwest and the service here in Texas was better than I’ve ever experienced! I was just waiting for a friend and she came and welcomed me and offers me a water, asked me how I was doing and was so friendly. I wasn’t even a paying customer! Fast service and friendly staff – I was in the area having some work done on my truck and needed to kill a couple of hours. What better place than Starbucks. Quick Urber ride and quickly had coffee in hand. Then looked around for a place to sit — not so successful. It was a refugee camp for those on lap tops oblivious to those around the and not really consuming any product except the free wifi. Show some consideration to your fellow travelers.

This Starbucks is near my condo. The Baristas here are friendly and the drinks are standard issue. I do have one complaint and it might be a non-issue to perhaps 60% of the patrons and that is the Wi-Fi internet is glacier slow to the point of almost being unusable. That makes it a no go if I’m bringing my laptop for an hour or two of internet surfing when I want escape the condo for a different atmosphere. The solution is to walk to the Whole Foods next door buy their coffee instead in a little less comfortable surroundings but slightly faster internet. I’ll be back when Starbucks rolls out faster Internet as planned.

I wanted to give this spot a better rating on my update… but I just couldn’t. As I said in my first review, this spot is right on the way to work on my drive from Dallas to Ft. Worth. The convenience is awesome. exit Collins and drive a couple of blocks, grab a cup, and head back to I-30. But I think my experiences here may have trumped the convenience at this point, and I think it may be time for me to find a new caffeine spot before work. I’m not exaggerating at all…3 times in the last week and a half, I’ve have gotten my coffee and then had to park and go inside to get my order remade correctly. It used to make the occasional mistake like I mentioned in my first review, but now I think they have some kind of problem with soy. Each time they made a mistake on my order, I get my beverage at the window, begin to drive away, take a sip, look at the label, see that the word«soy» is missing from the label on the cup, curse, and then circle around and park and go inside. This is so inconvenient, especially when I’m on my way to work. Like I said, I hate it because it’s in a perfect spot, but I’m really going to have to go somewhere else from now on.

Starbucks drive thru time was good. Food quality was ok. Hot chocolate was bad. Tasted watery. Made with skim milk maybe? Either way, using drive thru to get to game quickly so not turning around half mile down the road. Coffee drinks were ok. Not great but not bad.

Don’t go to this location unless you have 10 minutes to spare in their drive thru. They’re always so slow. I was there last weekend at 8 o’clock and the drive thru person barely looked at me. She was too busy laughing and talking to the other employees. Focus!

Great Starbucks location. The coffee is always good and the staff is usually pretty friendly. Only bummer is all the construction in this area which can sometimes make it a bit tedious to get to, when it’s done it will be great.

Employees spent more time talking to each other on the head sets then helping customers. I had to repeat me drink 3 times how hard is it to hear double espresso. By far the worst service I have ever gotten from a starbucks. When told their WiFi was not working by several customers they just pasted it off and told us it must be something with our device. Then to top it off the espresso drink I ordered tasted of stale espresso. I am thinking starbucks standards are not happening here. Hope Starbucks can fix this.

This is my neighborhood Starbucks. Service is always fast and friendly doesn’t matter if you walk in or drive thru. This day they were talking about Lady Gaga’s boyfriend and yes I agree he is way to hot for her. I’ll be back soon even though I’m cutting back on Starbucks but I’m Gold Card for another year. Woo-hoo!

The service was fast, upbeat and efficient. The drinks accurate and flavorful. The downside is that the chairs were not comfortable so we didn’t stay as long as we would have liked. As with any SB the price is a bit high, especially when they up charge for soy.

Starbucks is Starbucks Your typical starbucks but this is also clean and the service is always good. Staff was friendly to me, and had a nice big smile. I like the fact that there is a patio, as the inside is not that large. I am not a huge fan of the parking and getting into and out of the lot is a touch difficult because of traffic. That said, if you really need a caffeine fix, this place will do the trick…

One would think the number of times I visit this Starbucks and also gold card member, the staff here would be a bit nicer to me. The ONLY reason why I go to this Starbucks is because it’s on the way to my work. This has to be one of the busiest location but each time I go here, the staff seems to be in a bad mood. My last visit through me off as I told the worker I had a reward on my card. I was told rudely by the staff that they needed the barcode. I pulled up the barcode for her to scan and WASSTILLCHARGED for my coffee? Oh on top of that my coffee was lukewarm? The drinks here are hit or miss.
