I saw Jim detailing a car in our apartment complex while I was walking our dog, Stanley. Jim’s work on the neighbor’s car looked great, and Stanley liked Jim right off the bat, too. So I made an estimation appointment with Jim, and I really loved the price that he quoted for the interior, exterior, engine bay, trunk, and headlights on my 2003 Honda Accord. I was thrilled at the price, so we made an appointment for him to come back and detail the car. Wow! I thought I had permanently scratched away the gloss on my headlights years ago when I used an abrasive cleaner to remove the bugs: Jim got them shining like new. I thought the I-should-never-have-worn-these-dark-blue-jeans-without-washing-them-first dye in the front driver seat was permanent: Jim got it out. I though whatever those tiny little black dots on the roof that won’t come off had defeated me: Jim got rid of them. And those were how he handled the tough spots. He got rid of the years old ink in the backseat from someone’s lost pen; he nailed all the makeup spots – I can’t give this guy enough praise. The fact that it’s waterless is icing on the top. Thanks, Jim. The 12-year-old car looks new.
