I have been going to Sharon’s for several years to have clothing alterations done. The work is always excellent. While not as important as the quality of the work, the service is always friendly too. Until recently, it was difficult to park there, but management worked with the property owner to ensure parking is now open. I only wish I lived close enough to Sharon’s to get my weekly dry cleaning done there also.

Highly recommend this cleaner. I took a dress to another cleaner (Millie’s) who charged me 1.50 more and did nothing at all. I then took the dress to Sharon’s and they cleaned it perfectly in one day. Plus she called me to tell me they were able to do that.
Love them.
They are definitely getting all my business from now on.

We have used this cleaners a few times over the years and have done a fine job but they have horrible customer service. Today was the worst on both fronts. My wife went to pick up a few items including a pair of slacks and they were over ironed. There were a few shiny spots along the pocket area and the inseam on the front part of the leg.
My wife pointed this out and was rebuffed by the woman behind the counter. It was clear they were not going to help so that is the last time she uses them.

We just have shirts laundered, and their work is fine and reasonably priced.
But I don’t know that I’ve ever encountered someone working in customer service who is as rude as the woman who works the counter here. She can’t stop talking on the phone long enough to make eye contact or say «thank you» when you pay her. It makes for a truly unpleasant transaction when you’re made to feel invisible and insignificant, when 30 seconds’ worth of courteous attention would make all the difference.
