I called Seasons because my furnace fan was not cycling on with the furnace. Doug came out in less than two hours and diagnosed the problem. Initially over the phone he suspected that the circuit board may have had a bad relay so he brought one with him in case. He quickly saw that it was a bad motor so he removed the fan assembly and brought it back to his shop. He swapped out the motor, reinstalled it and we are good to go. This is the type of honest and prompt service you can expect from Doug and Seasons.
