If ⁰⁄₅ stars was an available option, that would be my rating. I booked a bounce house for my event four months in advance, and they did not show up on the day of the party. I contacted them again a week before the event to confirm my party rental reservation, and was reassured they would be at the location of my event early. Three days before my event I received a call, from a woman I had be in communication with that I assumed to be my event coordinator, and was told that to delivery the bounce house it would be an additional $ 50. On the day of the event I expected a call informing me on the time of the delivery, but one never came. I called, the same woman I had spoken with 3 days prior, 4 hours before my event was scheduled to begin, and I was yet again reassured that my bounce house would be there. Additionally, she said she was on her way. The bounce house never arrived and she is rejecting all of my phone calls. Do yourself a favor and hire a reputable company.
