I’ve had a lot of trainers over the years and Reshma is by far the best! I trained with her for several months in 2013 and it was the best shape I’ve ever been. Reshma is positive and encouraging and helps to achieve your goals – from toning to weight loss to holding a 10lb medicine ball while doing a one-handed side plank on a Bosu ball – I totally did that! :) Reshma is the full-package; she helped with my food choices and eating plans, she made tailored exercise plans, and was such a positive force and inspired me to do more than I thought I could! I cannot recommend Resh Sesh enough!!!

Reshma is hands down the best trainer out there. A year before I started training with Reshma I became very dedicated to healthy eating and fitness. I was running and working out constantly but for some reason I just couldn’t achieve the results I wanted. That’s when I hired Reshma and everything changed. She is amazingly dedicated to making sure you get the results you are looking for. She is patience, positive, and always available to talk through any questions. She worked with me to constantly modify my plan so I continued to see results. She helped me determine what to eat and when. I had no clue the importance of eating on a schedule or making sure I take in the right mix of proteins, carbs, and fats. She knows exactly how to positively motivate her clients and push them to reach beyond what they thought they were capable of. She taught me that lean muscle isn’t achieved by lifting 5 lbs weights but challenging myself to lift more. In the year that we trained together I lost 4% body fat, went from lifting 8 lbs to 35 lbs weights, squatting 160 lbs, and breezing through 6 mile runs. I will forever be grateful for all the knowledge and confidence she gave me. Now if only I could convince her to move to Los Angeles :) Hire her, I promise you will not be disappointed!!!

Reshma is a stellar trainer. I was a total couch potato, with a weakened immune system, and a bum ankle, and she got me in great shape, gently, quickly, and with lots of encouragement. She is not only great with her technical knowledge of muscles, nutrition, workouts, and timing, but she is also great with interpersonal skills. She read me very well and adjusted her style according to my needs and responses. My goal with Resh was to put on precious pounds I had lost due to a series of illnesses — I needed to gain my healthy weight back, and to get stronger. That’s just what I was able to do thanks to her help.

Resh is great! She is more than a trainer. Her plan focuses not only physical training but also changes your lifestyle. Once you start training with Resh, you immediately notice increase in stamina and the willingness to do a better job not just to loose weight, but also to improve yourself as a whole. She is a wonderful motivator and her sessions are so much fun! After training for almost four months with Resh, I decided to run an international race in Cambodia. I’m on the«high side» of 65 and Reshma was the best and most experienced trainer I’ve ever had. Always enthusiastic and good-humored, she will encourage you to push your limits, but without ever risking injury. I’m just so sorry that she now lives so far away from Southern California.

My first experience with a personal trainer was with Reshma. I needed a trainer to help me with my personal fitness goal at the same time help me with my lower back and hip issue. She set me up with a exercise program to strenghten my muscle that support my back and hip. After a year of rigorous training, physically I feel stronger and my back issue has improved. Resh is a fantastic trainer who knows her stuff and knows how to get you to train your hardest. At first I was worried that I wasn’t going to keep up with the rigorous program she designed, but she made our group class of four people feel engaging and challenging without being intimidating. Perhaps even more importantly, she gives you a lot of feedback and teaches you about why you’re doing the workout regimens you’re doing, so that you’re eventually able to learn this stuff yourself. Compared to other trainers who I think design programs to maximize your dependency on them, Resh gives you the tools/techniques to stay fit; I only took classes with Resh for about six months, but I still train on my own using the approach she taught us and am still in great shape.

Once you go Resh Sesh, you can’t turn back! I trained with Reshma for about 1.5 years and it showed me a new level of being fit. I’ve had multiple personal trainers throughout my young adulthood and no trainer has been able to help me achieve my goals as well as Reshma did. I never was able to get into fitness– previous trainers introduced radical changes at once, tried to push you past your physical limits, resulting only in physical and mental failure. Reshma managed to make working out fun– her plans are well organized, personalized, and manageable. Her work outs are tough, but safe and within your limits. She offers dietary suggestions, but nothing radical or hippy. Most importantly, she keeps a great attitude– extremely encouraging but not a fake, high energy, over-the-top cheerleader. After about 8 months with Resh Sesh, I was the leanest but strongest i’d ever been– she helped put me on a path to regular fitness!
