I came here over 10 years, i never have complained. They treat me like friend,

I came here a total of 2 times before vowing to never go back — I was looking for a good place to get some gel nails at a decent price. A friend recommended this place (later found that quality declined so much SHE left too). I’m not a gal who routinely gets her nails done, so deciding to go was a bit of a treat for me.
The experience was NOT a treat at all, let me assure you. I wanted a two simple colors. The male who assisted me seemed nice, but as he began doing my nails he was really rough. I was in PAIN while he trimmed my nails, all the while being rough. Naively, I thought my nails were literally so bad that he was just frustrated because I wasn’t your typical change your polish type of gal. I really thought it was me. Upon finishing, I casually mentioned it was my first time having my nails done and it seemed as if he seemed apologetic — so if he was aware of his rough actions, wth man?
Against my better judgement, I returned to this location to have the gel redone for an NFL game I was going to. I wanted team colors, and I was specific. Again, I was seated with the same male, but he was gentler this time so I began relaxing into soaking off the existing gel. As soon as he started using that machine that smooths the nail though, he went FAST and ROUGH and again I was in PAIN — he dug into my nail so deep it had a slight pink gash and it HURT. (The top of my nail that should be painted with polish, not the edges to file off!)
When he placed the new gel colors, it BURNED in that spot, and I was dreading my decision and resenting the fact that I was supposed to PAY this person afterwards. After the torture, I was appalled to look down and see that the orange I requested was PINK?!? I showed him — I asked for orange, why is this pink? He says «it’s orange». I’m not colorblind. Nor am I stupid. I made him redo the 2 pink nails to orange, which was what I initially asked for. He seemed irritated with the fact he had to redo it, which wasn’t my fault at all.
Never came back and I tell everyone what a horrible experience I had in there. Later, I found the gal that had recommended it also had an experience with the male there — apparently he was rushing her pedi and she refused to pay full price since he slacked on her care (she witnessed another girl getting more done for the same cost). When she refused to pay full price, he LOCKED THE BUSINESS DOOR, LOCKING HER IN AND SCREAMING AT HER. She said everyone was staring and she had to force him to open the door and left without paying. After hearing about that, I tell everyone STAY FAR AWAY!!!

NEVER AGAIN… Came for a FULL Solar set& Sam did a horrible job on my so called ‘full set’ he didnt even file down the previous color i had on my nails so once completed i could still see the pink under the ‘New’ set& on the sides the color underneath was VERY visible… he rushed because it was only him& another imcompetent new lady &they had people waiting… that is NO EXCUSE to not do a good job on another paying customer! He didnt even ‘clean up’ around &under my nails so i have gunk& solar powder chunks around my nails… its sad that you pay people foe a service& still have to go elsewhere to be satisfied with the service that was supposed to be rendered in the first place! I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE AGAIN

Do not waste your time here. They are EXTREMELY rude. They do not care about how you exactly want your manicure or pedicure done. They do not respond to your questions or requests or they just simply cut you off by saying OKAY OKAY.

Spontaneously I decided to come here for my pink solar fill, instead of making an appointment & driving to Mansfield to my nail lady. Big mistake! When I walked in there was 2 gentlemen just lingering around looking at an iPad, which is understandable bc there wasn’t any customers. The older one of the two «Mr.Sam» told me to sit down bc he was going to do my pink fill. The entire time he was looking at his iPad watching something on YouTube. Questioning my nails, I asked him if they were still going to look like I needed a fill? He said he couldn’t match the pink and he used their darkest pink. Ok that’s annoying but understandable. But when it came to applying the gel clear coat, his cell phone was ringing in his pocket in a rush to answer, he hurried up on my nails. I had no time to inspect bc I had to go pick up my son from school. While waiting for his release I had noticed my nails had a bad paint job. Uggghh…
So after picking up the kiddo, I drive back… Mr Sam is gone, this lady, I’m assuming the owner inspected my nails and asked what is wrong they’re pretty? Lol I said to her No I don’t consider this pretty at all and want to have the gel redid. She did but the entire time her and the other gentleman were speaking im their native tongue saying who knows what but the tone didn’t sound too friendly. Anyway, best advice is to stay away from Mr Sam or this place all together. I’m never cheating on my nail lady Tiffany again! She is by appointment only and does an amazing job every time! Look up Dollhouse Salon in Mansfield off Cannon. She is worth the trip! Unfortunately I made the mistake of not making an appointment.

I was a bit skeptical about the location but as I walked in, I was immediately serviced. It was not busy on a Monday afternoon but I like it when it’s not busy. The nail tech who did my pedicure was quite good. The only problem was I’m very ticklish. I don’t have complaints about this nail shop. I would come back!
