I had no trouble with this storage unit. There is easy access, the facility is well maintained, and the manager, Ian is incredibly helpful and friendly. If I ever need to store any quantity of stuff again, I would definitely use this place.

Sandy and Kelli are awesome. We have been renting a unit at this location for almost a year now. We are currently living in another state and plan to move back to WA in a couple of years. Sandy and Kelli have been great with all of our long distance business. Thank you so much!

Agreed with the other reviewer that this place doesn’t deserve even that one star. Take your things elsewhere, they’ll be safer, drier and better taken care of for sure.
I don’t even really have any constructive criticism because I tried to give it to them and they’re not receptive anyway. I have dealt with Public Storage in the past in other locations and this one does not stack up at all in terms of security, cleanliness or climate control (there’s no climate control; expect your cardboard boxes to get soggy).
And we didn’t get the $ 1 deal, either, even though reserved under that contract, they didn’t give it to us in the end.
