Recently moving to Arlington we were looking for delivery options. This was the only Pizza delivery we could find. Unfortunately we will not order pizza from here again. We ordered the Garlic chicken. We requested red onions but they were out so they offered white onions. Bad choice on our part. We ordered the cheesy bread sticks. They were out of the bread so they offered wheat bread cut in half from the bread they make their sandwiches. We agreed to this, again bad choice on our part. They were burnt and flavorless. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the delivery man was very nice. Sorry but we won’t be back.

Pizza is decent quality but deliver service and phone service is TERRIBLE! We live 7 minutes from the restaurant and they quote us 90 mins for delivery and then sometimes it will take almost 2 hours! And they said that was just how long it takes. Bull. How hot can a pizza stay after that long? Shouldn’t be taking orders if you can’t deliver within an hour. We have learned our lesson and won’t be ordering from them again. Sometimes they charge us a delivery fee and sometimes they don’t, they are always inconsistent with customer service and ‘rules’. Very unreliable. Boo.

So happy to find this gem! I love pizza and this was so delicious. Had a bacon, artichoke heart and olive pizza. The crust was the best I have had since I moved to Washington! The only thing was I couldn’t get through on the phone to order the pizza for pickup. Not a huge deal. The pizza more than made up for it! The price was great and the service was too!

We decided at the last minute to order pizza on a Friday night during a seahawk game and couldn’t have been happier with our pizza factory experience. The staff on the phone was friendly and quick. I was told the pizza would be delivered in 45 minutes to an hour and it arrived in under 40. The delivery person was friendly and the pizza was delicious! Give it a try if you are in the Arlington area.

The staff are always friendly and happy to suggest something different. I love their pizza and it’s very convenient for me to pick something up on the way home. I also really like that they have a good seating area if you want to stay and eat.

Our experience here last monday night was great. We called in our order at 8:15 pm since we needed to get it in before they closed at 9. The boyfriend ordered his fave, The Eagle. It’s pretty yummy. But that’s later.
We were greeted by the staff when we walked in. They were friendly and upbeat, even being nearing closing. They even offered us cupcakes and treats from their Christmas party!
The interior was clean as were the bathrooms. So gold star there.
Cody and Sarah were the ones working that night… They were really awesome!!!

well thought I try meatball sandwich umm well no flavor like eating bread as bread is great but no flavor like eating just bread as nothing inside bread all just taste like nothing for 9 bucks had to go home put parm on it and salt, pepper amd then really good bread but nothing as of meatball sanwich and this was my first time hoping I find somewhere to make regular for and well nope will not be back, how is still in business wow and sorry?, ok wait not to be mean just eat a sock not dirty sock just a sock filled with umm bread? if you ever had italian bread loaf yup 10 bucks for bread there ya go, do not go to safeway to get bread just go here and pay 10 bucks order sandwich you get bread its good bread stuff inside but that too taste bread, so where is sandwich part? wish I get money back

Pizza Factory offers an all you can eat pizza bar/​buffet. It is offered from 5 – 8 p.m. If you go there (at 6 p.m.) and discover that there is no pizza on the bar and the staff offer to keep it stocked with a variety of pizza and desert pizza during your visit, do not believe them. IT IS A TRICK!!! They will make one pizza and cover half of it in onions and then ignore you for the rest of y our visit… maybe one of the staff will apologize for not having enough pizza due to the busy take out business but by no means should you expect a remedy to the empty pizza bar /​buffet.

Let me start by saying Pizza Factory has a great product. My family has been ordering pizza there for over 15 years and I worked there in high school, so I’m quite familiar with it. But their great run has come to a close for us. The last two times we have ordered there it has taken at least 2 hours to get our pizza. We have heard rumblings from the drivers that management is disorganized and all the employees are new – not a good sign. I am wondering if there is different ownership now. I hope they can whip the place back into shape, but they have lost a loyal customer here.

Had lunch today and I really enjoyed it. The pizza was fresh and so was the salad bar. The interior was very comfortable and had a great atmosphere. I would have loved coming here as a kid with my parents. So I guess I would say a great place for families.

Nick (owner) AND Jordan (Mgr) are most customer satisfaction oriented! They will bend over backwards to keep a customer happy and satisfied. Pizza, bread sticks, and Lasagna are excellent and the staff is always friendly and congenial.

We stopped in here for a quick lunch while we waited for a movie down the road. We didn’t have much time so decided to do the buffet. The buffet looked a little old so I asked if they were going to have some fresh pizza coming out. They told me there were more pizza coming out in about 10 minutes. 15 minutes later, nothing. I decided to have another dried out piece of pizza, while I waited. 10 more minutes and nothing. Now I know Arlington is a small town and all, but there is no excuse for not being able to tell time. After 35 minutes and few pieces of dry boring pizza we left. At least I was able to fill up on refillable popcorn at the theater

Nestled in the quaint little town of Arlington, Wa. The Pizza Factory is our choice for local Italian. The menu has quite the selection. We did chose the Hawaiian pizza, cooked well, and tasted yummy. The staff were polite, employ a lot of school kids. The cleanliness was Ok, but what kid likes to clean anything. I can’t say much about anything but the pizza but that alone was great. I’d highly recommend a visit.
