I had number 13(not sure what’s it called) it was delicious! For little over 8 bucks you get a rice plate. Now this isn’t any other rice plate. It had the best vietnamese styled ribs I’ve ever had. Along with the regular veggies and and egg, you will really enjoy this meal. The décor was very modern and simplistic! I would definitely come back and try other items!

I’m so glad I discovered this place! They have really good milk tea boba here– try the Taiwanese style one. Good assortment of to go foods. I have not tried their sandwiches but their ingredients look fresh. Really like their«xoi» and spring rolls. Also love the way they package things and it’s a lot cleaner than some of the other Vietnamese to go places.

Came here to eat for lunch with my family. We ordered all at the same time and they told us that the meal my dad and I order would take awhile to make so we agreed to wait. My mom and sister got their food within 10 minutes while my dad and I patiently waited. After 35+ minutes of waiting, we were getting irritated so my mom went to question what’s taking so long. Turns out that they forgot about our meal and didn’t even start cooking our food yet. This place has really bad service and definitely would not go back there.

All of their milk teas are overly sweetened. I even asked for lightly sweeten and light ice, more black tea; but they seemed confused by the concept. They continue to fill up the cup with half and half and a lot of condense milk. Why double the cream??? And then pour in a little bit of tea. So I’m drinking sweet milk. Of course I said. Can you please put in more tea, because I know it will be super sweet. The teenager guy said. It’s fine. And gave me the drink without adjusting it. So I tried it. Way toooooo sweet! As I can tell just by looking at the amount of sweet condensed milk he put in. So he poured in a little tiny bit more black tea. He was pretty much too lazy to brew more black tea. And told me it should it be fine now. After a «splash» extra of tea, I knew it was not fine. But I was unhappy and just ready to leave. The only reason I even give them a 3 star because their soy dishes are good for a quick lunch. Their banh mi are ok. But I would not buy those here.

The place makes good drinks, however, they’re a little more expensive than deserving. The staff could use a faster time making the beverages, but they sure listen and attend to your various needs. They get friendly if you talk to them. The unfortunate downside is they’re located inside a grocery market, which makes the experience a total turnoff for many people. The noise, the occasional smell, and the view from a typical Asian grocery market won’t make the best atmosphere for an evening tea.

Very nice milk tea and coffee shop. Drinks are great. Oolong milk tea with Taiwan style is the best. Open late on Friday and Saturday night.

How can they call the stuff that comes from this place«hong kong» or «taiwanese» style tea? If I am able to give a negative number if stars I would. But unfortunately I am forced to give my single star. Milk tea tasted nothing but condensed and evaporated milk mixed with sugar water. Such a waste of money and time. It took them nearly 20 min(because they lost my order ticket) to make my drink and I walked straight to the nearest trash can after my first half of a sip. Not surprisingly, there was another cup from this place that someone decided to toss after their first few sips as well. As far as tea goes, don’t waste your time here fellow Unilocalers. Go to another tea bar in the neighborhood.

New store grand opened in town. Drinks are not cold and sweet as I expect. Also taste creamer more than tea. Nothing special to compare with other places. Not recommend for this place. If you give a try here, shoulda ask for student discount!
