I thought it would remind me of ci-ci pizza, but to my surprise it was a spin off of chuck e cheese. I gave it a shot though. Chuck e cheese seems like it has more to offer, and the pizza is definitely better. Service was good though, and the place was really clean.

We brought our granddaughters here to celebrate one of their birthdays. There were 6 other birthdays going on there as well. Even with all of the other groups it didn’t feel as though we were part of a «WWF cage match». All of the girls(and us) had a great time. The employees were all extremely nice and professional. We really enjoyed hearing them announcing the birthdays. Most, if not all of the employees were involved with each announcement in some way and even though I am sure it can get tedious, all of the employees seemed to enjoy themselves. We had the 16″ pepperoni pizza, which was more than enough to feed 2 adults and 3 kids and it was actually very tasty. Thank you for a great day.

Good pizza at good prices. The buffet is reasonable with plenty of variety. Also, the is lots of room so it isn’t too crowded. There is a moderate amounts of games but are pretty pricey. I believe more games at better prices would be more beneficial here.

Hello, I would NOT go back to this restaurant for kids party’s ! The pizza taste awful with no taste, salads looked wilted, and the prices are ridiculous ! The staff here walks Around looking Lost and not very friendly ! The buffet for pizza and salads are not offered for the weekend. I rather go back to Chucky cheese then this place. This place does not do any security check for children coming and leaving this place. In my opinion stay away from this place if you wanted to create memories for your children this is not the place or the experience for this.

I brought my kids here for the first time today. I would have given 5 stars if only the pizza tasted better… My kids and I are not picky eaters and we all agreed something was off with the pizza sauce! They need to get a new recipe! However, the place was clean and the staff was friendly.

I actually really liked this place. We went in on a Wednesday night for my niece’s 13th birthday. The restaurant is quite spacious and very clean. They offer a lot of seating. They have a wide selection of games for the young ones. Most of the games are 50 cents. I ordered a small pizza and a salad. I thought the pizza was pretty tasty. They have a great selection of toppings and I felt that the prices were very fair. If you tell them that it’s your birthday they will give a birthday shot-out on loudspeaker; something a 13 year old really enjoys. I will definitely go back.

This place has horrible service. The workers didnt try to assist my son with putting the pizza on a food tray. One worker took her finger a motioned for him to pick it up himself. A waste of money. There was no greeting from any worker or assistance. Hate I took my kids to this place. But we’ve never been and they really wanted to see what it was like.

Worst place to take your kids!!! Took over an hour to get me a medium size pizza and when I went to go ask the girl in the front said my order had been ready for a while now(they give you those beeper things) well anyways she said she had paged me over 10 times and I told her no it’s been in my hand And not once has it gone off, she then went to check it and the battery was dead on it !!! Ugh then she just offered me a refund ! I was there with other people for a small party and others had also been waiting for their other and others were already done eating! Worst experience ever I ended up leaving and picking up fast food for the kids as it was already 830 pm!

Arrived at 1pm and ordered a kids meal and chicken wings. At 2:30pm no food and was just told it would be another 20 minutes. Unbelievable! Horrible service and the manager didn’t say anything except that they were short handed. Also seating is limited unless you scheduled a kids party. Avoid unless you like to wait or have a prepaid party.

Peter Piper Pizza has been located in East Arlington for years. Recently, this location opened up and it is a hot spot for children’s birthday parties. I attended for a birthday party and was impressed with the space. The game room was kind of small in comparison to places like Chuck E. Cheese, but it worked. My main complaint is the pizza. A place with the word pizza in the name should feature tasty pizza. Peter Piper does not. Their pizza is not only gross, but it’s overpriced as well.

Stopped by for the first time to let me sister play games as oppose to our usual at chuck e cheese. The place is a good size, brand new & clean. It was very empty when I went but I can imagine how busy it during the weekend As big as the place is, the arcade & gaming center is pretty small compared to chuck e cheese.

New location and my first time there wasn’t so bad but then I went again. Wow I never thought a place can change so quickly. I will never go here again and warn everyone b to stay away. Don’t waste your money here its not worth it.

It was my first time coming to this location as I am a peter piper fan. I really like the flavor of the pizza and they have a decent amount of options in the menu compared to most other pizza companies. Although I didn’t play any of the games, I simply ordered a pizza and sat in a quiet corner waiting for my order. The staff was nice, attentive, and they greeted me well. Don’t expect table service but I didn’t have any issues with any of the staff or management. Maybe it was just a good day to come in. And I will say that it took a bit of time to receive my order but nothing to really complain about. If you’re really, really, hungry then this might not be the best option since you will have to wait for a few minutes for your order to come out. Nothing excruciatingly long, so no worries. There is a wide variety of seating and you can choose to sit in a more isolated area(which is where I sat) and probably away from any kids if that’s your thing. And to add, it’s a great place to bring the kids. I think I will give this place a try one more time.

I saw this place getting built a few weeks ago and thought I’d try it. But after the experience a Mom in a group I’m in had I will never go and I hope the manager Matt gets fired. Here is her experience: Took my 3 year old today and had a horrible experience. We participated in the summer fun activity they offer for $ 4. It is suppose to include pizza, ice cream, and a craft. Total disappointment. Waited almost an hour for 2 pieces of pizza and ice cream that was never served. The manger(Matt) was hostile, rude, and beyond unprofessional. He literally started yelling at me when I asked for a refund. As I walked out with my crying child(terrified) he was still yelling. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Attached was a picture of her daughter with a terrified crying face while Matt was screaming at her mother. This little girl did not deserve this, the mother didn’t deserve this kind of treatment, and Matt deserves to be investigated for child abuse for doing this to them. After this mother posted her experience to our Moms group, the confirmations from other parents, grandparents, and more came out of the woodwork! It POUREDIN the same experience with the same manager and same location! Never go. Ever. I wanted to try it someday but I will not risk my daughter seeing this. Not only that but if I am there with my husband and a manager acts that way with us, one of us will be outside with the kid, the other will be in the manager’s face just as loud.

I drove by and watched over several weeks as they built this new location. I was excited as I have a couple of young kids and figured it might be a nice alternative to Chuck E. Cheese. We live in far south Arlington so the location for us is great… just a quick trip up Cooper. We picked a boring weekday night and went in to give it a try. Well… I will never say Cici’s pizza is basically ‘just bread’ again! This place put basically no ingredients on either our combo pizza or our plain cheese pizza. I am serious… there was literally enough cheese for one slice spread out over the whole pizza on both of our pies. I almost had to laugh until I tasted the food and it was without a doubt the worst pizza I have ever paid for. You really have to work hard to make eating pizza an unpleasant experience but wow… they have done it. Not only is the pizza bad but it is expensive too! I will never go back to one of these places again. The few games they have get boring very quickly and you have to win a million tickets to score a lousy key ring prize. I never thought I would say that Chuck E Cheese provided a good value but compared to this place… you get the idea. If you are desperate to get the kids out of the house and you are willing to drop some serious coin and eat some real bad pizza then go ahead… they will probably have some fun and even think the pizza is ok because they are kids and won’t know what an unholy abomination the place is. But YOU will!!! Beware!!!
