BROKEMYGLASSES — ANDMADENOOFFERTOREPLACE! This location is the designated safety-glass provider by my employer. Upon receiving my first pair of glasses, I complained that they fit wrong(crooked.) The assistant insisted they were just fine. I HATED them for this reason and, as soon as I was eligible for a replacement pair, I returned to order a different type. Again, I asked the clinician to try making an adjustment on my old crooked glasses. She complained, then wrestled them aggressively until she broke them! She said I was lucky I had new glasses coming soon! Excuse me? You just broke my glasses! If I’d done that myself, then it’s my bad. If you, the alleged professional, break them, then bad for you. Let’s talk about your plan to make it right! Alas, there was no plan or intent to make it right. With persistence, she reluctantly completed an order form for replacement frames, but she kept saying she doubted«they» would approve it. I have no choice but to use these idiots. What’s your excuse?

I probably should have looked this place up first on Unilocal before going to this location, but I had never had any problems before at any location. The only reason why I chose this location is bc they offered that optical scan so you wouldn’t need to have your eyes dilated. Normally, I don’t care to write good or bad reviews bc I just don’t have the time, but this place clearly deserved a bad review. On my first visit, they didn’t even remember to give me the optical scan and I felt rushed as it was the end of the day and I was so tired from waiting even tho I made an appt. that I didn’t even bother to remind them. When I went to pick up my contacts, it took them a really long time to find it. Everyone who mentioned how unprofessional the receptionists were were not lying. These ladies are bad! On my second visit, pretty much the same situation. The only reason why I came back is bc I actually liked Dr. Dao. I am surprised she is fine working with such unprofessional idiots when she seems like such a great dr, but I digress. I reordered my contacts by phone and the person said they had it in stock and I could pick it up anytime. I had not had time to go for a month bc I’ve been busy, but you would think they would have reserved it. They of course, charged me right away and when I called today to confirm that they had been reserved, the lady insisted they had been picked up by me or a family member. Of course she has no proof who and when bc they’re too stupid to have a signature or ID check policy. She suggested if I still wanted them, I’d have to pay again and basically accept the fact that I paid for something I never got and then pay for it again and hope that this time, they’d be smart enough to reserve it and put my name on it. Ridiculous. These places should not be in business.

I ordered my $ 400+ glasses on 1⁄27 and I have yet to get them. They were promised to me today but eye. I called they apologized for them not being ready. The lab messed up on my anti reflective lens. So I may have to go another weekend without being able to see. This is totally unacceptable. When I asked about a refund for my dissatisfaction wait and poor customer service I have to call back. I’m nit a happy camper

WORST service ever! The sales lady(Kim Pitts) was LOUD, OBNOXIOUS, and dressed showing way more skin than she needed to, considering her size and her profession. She was gossiping loudly with someone she knew who came in and cursed like a sailor. This was unprofessional, classless, and I was embarrassed for her. Sadly, she didn’t even know how tasteless she was acting. Customers were rolling their eyes in annoyance with her. WOULDNOTRECOMMENDTHISPLACETOANYONE.

It is a disappointment that these people operate under such great guarantees from Pearle Vision that they indeed do not deliver. I have been a patient here for a very long time and recently, for what ever reason, Kourtney the office manager has burned me to the point that I will not return. If she hadn’t overcharged me $ 400 for contacts(yikes!) then I wouldn’t even be back to pick those up. She incorrectly quoted me the price on my prescription, on two separate occasions. The first of which ended up costing me $ 398 rather than a fraction of that which is what I always have and should have paid. When I asked Kourtney why it was so much and if I could order a lesser amount, she insisted that the order had already been placed and there was nothing I could do about it. Everyone who has worked in an office taking payments knows there is a way to void or cancel a transaction, especially if it has been less than 5 minutes. However, Kourtney was unwilling to do so. She is also refusing to let anyone speak to another associate other than her and says the doctor and owner of the business, Dr. Lynda Dao, is aware of my situation and is not going to speak with me on the issue. She has also gone so far as to say that if I come in to the office, which I have been doing so for the last four years, to speak with Dr. Dao about the matter in person, that I will be reported for harassment! This instance has been an utter nightmare and totally humiliating. I do not harass, I am not violent or demanding. I only want my half of the money back for the part of the order that I did not request. It’s a shame that people can get away with such behavior. I strongly urge anyone looking for a new eye doctor to keep away from this particular business. I am so very disappointed.
