Love this store! It’s always so fun to go in and look around. They’re always getting new product in and the girls that work there are super friendly. I haven’t had a bad experience yet. Definitely worth the stop in especially during Christmas!

The store was not wheelchair friendly when my husband tried rolling me around at Christmas time. The ends of the aisles and aisles themselves were an obstacle course that kept me from shopping. Now that I’m using a walker, I tried to shop on a Friday night only to find the store closed early. I just tried to call their number to learn their hours tomorrow and was rudely assaulted by a fax beep. I guess they don’t want my business.

I was shopping there today with my newly potty trained toddler when she informed me that she had to urgently use the restroom. That age doesn’t have much bladder control! When I asked if she could please use their restroom, I was rudely advised that their restroom is not for customers and to walk to Safeway. So I quickly paid for my purchases and gave up on buying the rest of my stuff there. I understand their policy but it would have been great if an exception could have been made for a small child. Instead of directing me a place that I wasn’t a customer of to use their restroom. I won’t be back.

This is a very delightful store to shop in. The women working here are always very friendly and helpful. There is a saying that Hallmark makes a card for every occasion. I attended a graduation party recently and received many complements for having found a card appropriate for a young man earning his doctorate degree. Kudos to Hallmark. However on another occasion I was unable to find a card for a Newly engaged couple. With referendum 74 having passed in Washington State recently I assumed I would be able to find cards appropriate for the GLBT community. Unfortunately there was only one engagement card for a gay couple and it was clearly from a mother to her son, which did not work in my favor. I was able to find something suitable and expressed my needs to the manager on duty. She was very helpful and informed me that she would be letting the owner know that there is a need to carry a variety of cards.
