The merchandise here is nice. Aside, from the jewelry type other variables are just as important … Service, quality products and capable staff. This location has proven to be deficit in all three aspects– service, quality products and capable staff. My Husband has attempted to return a tarnished necklace two times to get refund. Each time the staff was incapable of completing this transaction. Two thumbs down!
Ending thought: Pandora is losing its allure and we won’t be back at this location to purchase jewelry.
